Food was fabulous! Service was very confusing and half hearted. You are required to pick up your own menu and seat yourself. I was "greeted" by a man seated behind a counter, who glanced up at me and said" menus are right here. Get one".Noone else was in dining room. After I watched this guy on his phone for a while, a woman came out, passed by me and went to counter, where she started fiddling with her phone.Finally, she tells me I have to come to counter to order. I'm maybe 10 ft from her with NO other customers in restaurant. I comply. Have to pay for my meal while ordering and actually have the tip window pop up.I'm given a solo cup with ice and told the tea dispenser is on the side of the counter.I ordered to ravioli variety and it was wonderful. However, it was delivered in a aluminum takeout pan with plastic forks. I then had to clean my own table.I'd love my husband to try their food, but he would never tolerate their lack of customer service, so....Parking: Limited parking in front with awkward entrance.

Stopped in with my son and ordered the chicken parmesan, chicken scampi, spaghetti and meatballs and salad. The food is delicious!! Best chicken parm I've ever tasted!! HUGE portions and good prices. We will definitely return!!!

Who would know such a place is in Portland! Excellent food! Appears to be a family that is working hard to prepare a good dining experience. No fancy plates or cups, but the food is what I came for. We were overly impressed by the quality. Even the cannolie was as fresh as you could get! We will be back!

Finally decided to give it a try. Ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad and cheesy potatoe soup. The chicken in the salad was not strips like what was in their photo. It was like ground up mush.the soup tasted powdery and bland. Was not worth the $25
