Ordered from Here before and was great but here lately has not been good but tonight took the cake...I ordered a footlong steak and asked in comments for half plain and my fixings on other half. How stupid do you have to be to make a sandwich. Literally put steak on 1 side and veggies on other.. Come on people.

Horrible is a generous description. One order that included one sandwich, one salad and one flatbread. NONE of which were made correctly. Order was placed online so the only way to misinterpret how to make each is simply not being able to read or lack of reading comprehension. I will never return to this location. A waste of $37.00!!!

This restaurant is always very clean and tidy. This one time sandwiches (for takeout) were made with minimal meat. Notified manager and it was quickly resolved. Mistakes (from new employee this time) can happen. I appreciate a business that makes things right! Very satisfied customer. Will be back.

The food was good but The service was slow. I assumed the young lady was new because she kept asking the other gentleman to go get and do for her. It was a good line going on and she was slow . She had a earbud in talking on the phone not paying attention to people's orders
I find it comical how the pictures of their subs look amazing but when you get the actual sandwich, it’s all bread and a little filler of meat and sprinkle of veges. The Monster… is a joke!I’ll stick with Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mimes where they deliver what they advertise..

We came on January 1, 2023. New Year's Day. The workers were very helpful and polite in spite of having to work on that day. We appreciated their patience. The food was very good as well, and we had a good time visiting together.

Employees couldn't be bothered making anything correctly and is always a mess. They have personal drinks and phone charging cables on counter next to where food is made. Some don't even wear hats to keep hair out of food. Meatballs are never available or ready. They give rude gestures to customers when they take a minute to order. You have to ask them to cut your sandwich all the way because they know itll make a mess if they dont. They lack management and someone to take charge of the store.

They were too lazy. Didn't put the amount of stuff on my sub like they should have. Guy standing behind the counter was taking of snorting stuff. I'm not going back to that subway. Disgusting place to be and they want to screw me on my veggies. Lazy democrats. I eat at subway on a daily basis but I'm not going back to that one
