Called to make a order 30 minutes before closing time and was hung up on. Then called back two other times and finally got a answer and the "manager" Austin said they stopped taking orders. Will not return to this location. Worse customer service!

I had to change my review due to the lack of customer service and the hatefulness of the employee my mother spoke with over the phone.First, when I went to pick up my mother's order they had closed the walk-in area and were forcing people to go through the drive-through area.Next, my mother asked me to get a receipt, and the lady at the window said that since it was an online order they could not do that. However, I know this is a lie since I have picked up online orders for her before and they had no problem printing the receipt out for me.When I got the pizza to my mother for her and my sister it was the wrong pizza. She ordered a bacon pizza and they gave us half pepperoni and half cheese bread which the tag showed it was bacon, but I did not open it while at the store. However, my mother called and the employee raised her voice to my mother and didn't want to fix this issue. Finally, they said they would fix it but she would have to bring the "mistake" pizza back. Which she did and they did not fix this at all.I am calling in a complaint to their corporate office now!

Very un happy called in my order at 6:37pm was told 15 min for my cheese bread I'm in line pulling up to the window at 7:04pm and then got handed a buzzer and paid for my order and waited again then pulled back up to the window at 7:25pm and ask for my order or my money back they had no explanation for any of it acted dumbfounded about my order uncalled for after a long day at work just want to get some food and go home and have to wait an hr in the parking lot just to get my money back I'll never be back to this location and it's less than 5 mins from home

This establishment has some chronic issues. I’ve been to this place on four different occasions. The first two were three years ago, at that time the service was great. The last two were the last week of 2023 and first week of 2024. Both of these occasions there were no “hot and ready” pizzas. The second visit I called ahead and ordered. The employee took my order, parroted my order back to me and gave me an estimated time for pick up. When I arrived they didn’t have my order correct and without “hot and ready” I took what they had. One of the pizzas only had 2/3 of the crust.There are several other places I will be going instead of this place in the future.Parking: Parking lot is in poor condition

Management did a great job handling me as a customer. My pizza was slimy on the bottom due to a hole in the dough that they didn't catch. Typically I am questioned and management demands me to bring my pizza back (Can't blame them), but this time they treated me as if mistakes happen sometimes, which they do, and I really appreciate that. I will be frequenting here more often.20 stars for the male manager I spoke to tonight on 1/7 @ 8pm
