Let's start off with this. Any 1 or 2 star ratings are either fake, or your typical hateful selfish customer. Pulaski has plenty of them. Ignore them. They are 1 star people.That out of the way, The Blue Bird Buffet is a very well needed place for great homemade food in Pulaski, TN as there's not many of these type of small restaurants left. As a frequent visitor, I can honestly say the people that run this place work very hard to provide some of the greatest food in town. They are super nice people who are willing to go out of their way to ensure your experience is great.If you are looking for something turbo-quick and preheated like a fast food restaurant you are at the WRONG PLACE. What you WILL get is homemade style food far superior than most places. Their menu boasts a variety of food options serving breakfast items in the morning and lunch throughout the day. Some of my favorites have been the Taco Burger and their homemade Take and Bake Pizzas. Both are by far better than any fast food burgers or pizza businesses in town. If time is of a consideration, you can always call ahead.As of this review they currently have a breakfast bar on the weekend and a all you can eat buffet on Sundays featuring different food options announced on their Facebook page.You don't have to take my review for it. You should visit and discover this Gem for yourself. Every time I visit, I hear customers that have came from Alabama and other towns to enjoy the great food The Blue Bird Buffet has to offer!Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and the Blue Bird Buffet has some great food options that kids like!

Absolutely terrible experience. Was looking forward to having a breakfast place to go on weekends, but after going once, we will never be back. Expensive, took forever, nothing clean, food served on greasy plastic plates, and lots of other stuff. Very terrible, would not recommend!

Great buffet, service was a little off I think because they are "New" in the restaurant industry... But great tasting breakfast buffet.We were not greeted so we were a little confused if you had to wait to be seated or find your own, then sat for a bit waiting what to do next, they did not have menus anywhere so just said yes to the small buffet that was not self served, which kinda was not organized well enough as server behind buffet was slow to plate food and again, do believe they are "new" regarding food industry and truly were not trained properly, including wearing gloves and hair netting etc... food safety training. But other than that, found them on Google Internet and gps and food was good, pricey though... Considering we had no menus and no service... But we will be back again hopefully they will be trained and menus on tables.

My husband and I stopped in at the Blue Bird buffet for a quick bite to eat. To say this is a buffet is misleading as the food is all staff serve. While you can go back for, what I assume is as much as you want, they plate you so little that it would take three trips to make a normal portion.The food was a very mixed bag. Their turnip greens were well seasoned but their "Mac and Cheese" had Soo little cheese, it could be considered lactose intolerant safe! And let me tell you about the banana pudding, it would be more accurate to call it banana soup. Pudding is supposed to have a thickness factor. This deserts thickness was looser than a 2 dollar lady of the night at election time.The staff were friendly but for two plates of vegetables, didn't even get a meat because we are vegetarian, and two can drinks was $34+!!? Insane. I do not recommend going here as you will have a terrible time.

We where passing through. Spent the night in town and wanted breakfast. So we found this place and let me tell you. It was delicious. All you can eat chocolate gravy,white gravy,bacon,sausage, fried potatoes, eggs with ham and more. The people where so nice. If I am driving up that way again, I will definitely stop for breakfast. Oh one more thing is they have French toast that was the best I have ever eaten.

It was our first time and honestly for what we paid we were very disappointed. None of our food from the buffet was hot, barely even lukewarm. We won't go back. The staff was friendly but cold food is not OK.
Food is good and fresh.Short on staff but food made up for it.Price a little steep. But over all we'll go

I got the divine bacon cheeseburger and my daughter got the divine taco cheeseburger. OMG they were the best burgers we have ever had. The people were very friendly and the place was comfortable. I highly recomend this to everyone.
