Never had a bad experience. “The shop is incredibly charming with an atmosphere of adventure and excitement. The decor in the shop is a combination of authentic military history and Sprocket's Coffee lore. The library in the back of the shop is filled with a wide array of literature to enjoy while sipping on a hot cuppa joe. The coffee is roasted locally, and there is an amazing variety of blends to choose from. My personal favorite is The Nurse, which has hints of vanilla and cream, which I bought a bag of beans of. The genealogy room is also a nice place to explore history and military tradition with hand-crafted furniture and warm, easy on the eyes lighting. One of my favorite spots inside is the yarn display, floor to ceiling colors and textures to choose from! The staff is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the local veteran-owned businesses and services, and Sprocket's Coffee hits the mark! Thank you ❤️”

“Just plain good food in a quiet, quaint atmosphere with vintage license plates and decor on the walls. Hours are limited to lunchtime M-F. Soup and/or sandwich specials are announced weekly. Potato bar and homemade desserts are usually available. Yum!”

“This pizza was so good! We got the meat lovers, and it was worth every penny. The 16" is a small, which everywhere else is like a large. I go to several pizza places all over so I have high standards. It's my fav food, after all. One slice was filling for me and normally I can eat 3 slices of a regular hand-tossed pizza elsewhere. We also got the garlic knots and they were tasty. The knots were pretty big as well. Gone before I could get a pic. They were running a special, so we got those free. They had MANY bottled drink options and also fountain drinks. It is a very small cozy place. Wish it was a little bigger, but we were the only ones inside the restaurant at the time. They were very helpful. When we were almost finished, they asked us how everything was. Great! Will be back again.”

“The Cake Lady decorated my mom's cake exactly how I wanted and it was delicious!! Everyone loved it and kept asking where I got it from! She was so easy to talk to when ordering and we are just so happy with how everything turned out for this special 70th birthday! Thank you, Cake Lady!!”

“This place has become one of my regular go-to spots in the area for the last year, even since having to cut out nearly all caffeine. They keep decaf on hand, and one of the folks remember how I usually like my coffee. If I get there early enough in the morning, there are fresh hot biscuits.. pretty simple with a piece of meat, cheese and mustard but it hits the spot. Occasionally, I meet a few friends there for mid-morning coffee or lunch, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed, sometimes service is a bit slower but that's when more folks come in.. and more so on Saturdays. This is a place where you could expect to see a familiar face or two in passing and it just adds to Jack's Javas' already homely, down- to-earth vibe.”

“There is usually a small line when you get there but their food is so good that the wait is definitely worth it. The longest I've waited in line I believe is 10mins. Honestly I don't think it was even 10mins. Employees are usually young and seem to be enjoying their jobs.”

“Came here this morning for breakfast from Tennessee. Waited a little long for our food, but it was cooked fresh so worth the wait. Love the small town diner feel. I got the Spanish omelette with no bacon. It was delicious. Also came with 2 biscuits and a big bowl of gravy. Biscuits were hot, soft and fresh. Gravy was excessively salty. My boyfriend got a breakfast plate with 2 eggs over medium, a huge plate of home fries, 2 sausage patties, 2 biscuits, a big bowl of gravy and an even bigger bowl of grits and an endless cup of coffee. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. The grits would be much better if made with milk but I understand water is way more cost effective than milk. Our total was around $18. Great price for great breakfast and large portion sizes. Our server was also very friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. Can't wait to try the supper.”

“this is best chinese food hands down in Paris TN. I end up spending $60+ when we eat take out from Golden Dragon. The house special lo-mein is soooo tasty & the house special fried rice is too. I've known these folks (Will & Ivy) & their parents when they started out across from from the old city auditorium for years & they've always treated me very well. If you order take out & leave a tip they fill container soooo full that you can't hardly get the lid off. Man...I'm getting hungry thinking bout that lo-mein & those FAT egg rolls right now as I type & ordering is soooo easy online!! Gonna have to have some more!! P.S. I would add pics but it ain't around long enough to take one!Vegetarian options: my wife always gets the vegetable lo-mein & the cheese won-tons.”

“Went with my husband and mother-in-law on a Sunday afternoon. We were hoping to get breakfast but learned that they had just stopped serving breakfast. Disappointed, I ordered a cheeseburger and tots - not really expecting to enjoy my food as I had really wanted breakfast. That was a couple months ago and I have dreamt about that amazing cheeseburger and tots ever since! That was the best damn cheeseburger I have ever had (and I'm no spring chicken) and the tots!...well they were the perfect mix of crunchy on the outside and soft fluffy potato on the inside. DELICIOUS! Also, the service was spot on; very friendly and attentive. Our server did a great job anticipating our needs and making sure we were happy. She also was very apologetic about the breakfast thing even though that was our fault - not theirs. Husband got the philly - and he enjoyed his meal as well. Oh and our meals were also very reasonably priced. Great little local spot for a quick bite and friendly service!!”

Efficient and knowledgeable front counter service and helpful and caring dining room service. Great bar height table seating with comfortable, cushioned chairs excellent for us older folks, easier than getting down and up in a booth. Wonderful Monday Captain D's lunch experience at a much better price than the upscale restaurant next door that was closed.”

“Finally found after 5 years in TN and excellent Chicago style restraunt. We lived in Chicago all our life and had Uno's, Lou's, Giordianos, etc.. only wish you cudopen a restraunt closer to us in Oakfield,TN we desperately need a great Chicago restraunt not a wannabee restraunt of Chicago style which is so inconsistent one time good then 3othrr times worse and worse. Ty Aces for being a " true Chicago Restraunt".”

“Came in with a big group. Once seated, they take care of you. They had a lil trouble keeping some food items available. Biscuits, pork chops and some desserts go quite quickly. Fish was well cooked. It's a bit dated inside, but for an old school hometown eatery, it'll do.”

“The grilled chicken was tough and cold. Greenbeans were undercooked. The prime rib sandwich was dry, overcooked, and cold. The food's texture and temperature were that of microwaved leftovers. The prices are high. The waitress asked us how our food was, and we said terrible. She said, "I wish you had said so earlier, and she would have had it remade." I said, what would be the point? Why would it be any different the second time around? It's been a long time since we'd been there. A very drastic change and disappointment!”

“This is my go-to place for breakfast food the other food is great as well but I love coming here mainly for the breakfast food anytime of the day the staff is very polite friendly and always refilling drinks clearing off the tables and there's not really a long wait for your food to get done very satisfied every time me and my family goes here to eat”
