The waitress brought an empty ketchup bottle to the table and they called the sandwich Reuben but it looked like and tasted like jerky sandwich. The fries were decent.

You get one star until I can get a list of ingredients in your calzones and salads...and everything else on the menu I am expected to order from. It's not like people that are new know what's in a house special Calzone or an Antipasto Salad. I can make a good guess, but why would I want to, when I can order from the place down the street that makes such things common knowledge.

My husband and I have been into this restaurant several times. They have a sign at the register that clearly states they charge 4% if you use a credit card. I understand this since I own a small business myself. Every time we’ve eaten there they have charged us 4% even when we paid cash. When I brought this to their attention the first time they gave us our 4% back and apologized. The next time they did it the young lady behind the counter got an attitude then abruptly said I suppose you want the 4% back we said yes and she shoved the money to us and said here. Every time there was an issue when we asked for the fee back. Tonight we were told this was a “checkout fee” and was added to every order! This is NOT about the money it is the principal!!! We asked for our money back went somewhere else to eat and will NOT go back. This is underhanded and wrong

I had worked 10 hours and ordered spaghetti and a Greek salad. I live over 25 minutes away and found I had no salad when I got home. I called for a manager.A 16 year old told me, I'm just kid and can't do that. There was no manager present. I called the next day for a manager and was told to bring the whole order back. I was not driving over 30 back after 9pm, I just worked that night. Is your policy to cheat people? I love your pizzas but I can not stand dishonesty. Something could have been done. A refund or credit would have been great.
