Ripley's KFC needs a new window operator my order is just about always wrong. I ask for mac & cheese & they always give me mashed potatoes & gravy. I have to repeat myself several times & don't get it right!
I actually sat down inside to eat my chicken dinner.... my food was just the right temperature. The young man at the register was extremely polite. I love KFC, so naturally I'll be returning.
