Some of us still like to go inside a fast food restaurant, order our food, and sit down and eat it. It seems that the minute you step into this McDonald's, you turn invisible. The staff was so focused on the drive-thru and the passengers having food brought to their cars that they didn't even notice those of us who were standing at the counter. The gentleman in front of me waited several minutes before someone finally took his order, and then she couldn't get it right. Standing to the side was a gentleman who had received his order (after a long wait), but they failed to give him his coffee. He had to tell them at least three times before they finally brought it to him. I was so disgusted that I walked out without even placing my order. Unless some major changes are made, I'll never set foot in that place again.

Every time I have ever been here they will pull you up or park you to the side in the drive through, no matter your order. You shouldn’t have to pull over and park for a couple of cheese burgers. Or park even just for a frappe. Too worried about drive through times and not wait times.

This isn't based on one visit but multiple. I'm wondering if this location thinks their ice is golden? I understand your machine only spits out a certain amount of ice for your drinks. However, when a customer asks for extra ice or for a full cup of ice, you make the necessary adjustments and give that to your customer. Especially when it also verifies and says extra ice on their ticket. You don't suck your teeth when the customer asks you again to give them ice because you didn't do it correctly to begin with. 8-10 cubes (because I counted, each time) is NOT extra ice. Not to mention they charge you more than the other surrounding McDonald's and even charge full price of a drink for a cup of ice. Fill it up! Also, be polite because that last window has some rude folks. Thanks.

Tha Lady in front of me kept changing her order just bcuz it wuz a New Employee.. I didn't get her name but she wuz so patient with her!! Finally she had to get tha manager like 2 time's & finally I asked if they could just start her order over & she did then she didn't ask for as much!!! Wuz so cruel & mean to that Woman that wuz trying her best to help her!! Made me so mad that I wuz fixen to tell her off if she'd kept on.. But she didn't with tha Manager.. But I gave that Gurl a $10 tip ❤️❤️ Other than that I Love McDonald's especially since they have a better Manager ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More ⭐ if I could.. Thank You

Food is decent quality, same as any other McDonald's. But this is probably the third time I've come and added extras to my frappes or mcflurries and don't get the extras. I place my orders online so as to ensure my order is correct and it still gets to me missing what I've added. Just getting a bit old paying for the extras that I want and not getting them.
