We like to stop at Baskin Robbins when in town. This store is fairly clean, has a good selection of flavors, and staff are friendly. The price of anything is higher than it should be, but it is a tourist town. It would be nice to have small sizes for things. We like the cappuccino blasts!

Some manager named Sarah was horrible. She was rushing us and being really short. We went in looking at flavors and she was pushing us to hurry. Should've left right there but the boys wanted ice cream so we got some and even the ice cream was pretty nasty.

Over $15 for 2 one scoops. One was in the unicorn cup one on a plain cone. Unicorn had chocolate, daughter said it tasted weird. Never heard her say that about chocolate ice cream before. I ordered chocolate mint. Cone was stale, icecream tasted sour. I threw it away. Won't be going back to any Baskin-Robbins again. This may have been just this location issue but they ruined it for me for all of them.

Over 15$ for a single scoop and a double scoop in a bowl! Good but not that good. Used to stop several times a year but this was the last one. From high to highway robbery!
Went and ordered 2 - 1 scoop waffle ice cream cones….$17.00?!??? It’s a HARD pass on that one!

I would give it zero stars but it wlike not let me. I had a T-Mobile Tuesday $2.00 off coupon on my phone and I asked if they take those and the very rude man at the counter said no we don't take those. He said no Baskin Robbins will take those because we are all private owned. Where is the customer service for these ice cream places!!!! I won't be going back there.

I was ignored by staff as they took orders from customers behind me. I'm 9 months pregnant and had to wait a while for just one ice cream. The food was okay but the service was crummy.
