My boy ordered a chicken bowl and asked for corn on the side because he doesn’t like jalapeños. The lady told me she had to ring it up as a separate side even though it’s part of the bowl. I told her that we literally always do that and her response was “well I’m the one ringing it up and that’s how I’m going to do it”.

I asked for my hot salsa on the side so I could distribute what I wanted as I ate. They proceeded to charge me extra because it was on the side. No other Chipotle does this. This place is a rip off run by crooks.

I gave three starts as i know what review means to a business, but come on when you know town starts getting busy by spring you should have enough people to work.Poorly staffed.

Usually stop here on the way out of pigeon forge for a small bite to eat, today 3/10/24, I decided to order online, asking for double meat and extra toppings in my bowl, I opened my bowl and it was smothered to the top with sour cream and no pico, and pico was one of the things I asked for extra of, extra chicken wasn't there. My experience was awful with this place today! There is no excuse for me to pay for extra meat and not get it. I guess if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself or watch someone close to make sure they don't screw up.

I ordered a salad. There was no lettuce in the dish, the server had to go get it out of the fridge but she was unable to find it so she got help. Then when I got to the cashier I asked for the dressing and was told they ran out.The tables that were empty were dirty, there were no knives and 3 out of the 4 napkin dispensers were empty.The food is good tasting I think they have a management problem.Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian salad with pinto or black beans and guacamole included.

Went here today and asked for my salsa and corn on the side because I wasn’t going straight home and didn’t want it soggy. They told me I had to pay $3 for a “side” of it unless I wanted it physically in the bow. So your telling me the same product you would have given me for free as included in my bowl, is now $3 just because I wanted it on the side. So I walked out and left the bowl they had just made so they lost out on that and my business. I would have gladly paid $.25 for the cup they had to put it in but paying for a “side” if it when it would have been included in a now is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention they NEVER have the food stocked. Something is always out. Horrible establishment and management

I visited here from out of town. Came in today 3/7 at around 230pm. There were about 8 employees at he location. There was only one serving of dried out chicken in the pan and there was at least 3/4 of deep pan of steak which was also dried out. In addition they did not have any fajitas. I asked if more chicken was up and she stated that the manager was about to cut it. I waited for about 7-8 minutes and he still did not begin cutting the chicken. I then just left. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Chipotle.

Great customer service, and very helpful with an in app issue.
So fed up with them. They never ever have fajita veggies. When the “ night crews prep” has run dry they do not replenish. All day long. Today was my 6 th trip with no fajita veggies. I’ve ranged in time from 11:00 to 5:00 . Today it was 2:00. They weren’t busy either. Cant someone cut up peppers and onions? Seriously so frustrated! I just leave hungry and east elsewhere

Been going there for years as being a local. Finally got tired of them having no fajita veggies all the time recently. I’d say for more than a year now. My wife thought about asking before getting started with the orders. The guy on the grill couldn’t even respond properly. Didn’t get his name since they were not interested in decent communication but he was the guy with bandana and Hispanic looking. His response of not having veggies was “Do you see how many people working here? We don’t have time for that”. That’s not the way to talk to customers. If you can’t keep up with it, might as well ask the management/ownership for more help. Or just simple yes or no would be great. We don’t need to get the heat because of something that’s not possible for the owners or management to fulfill for the customers.
