Being local, we usually don't frequent DQ, but instead choose from one of the many homemade ice cream/custard options in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. Decided to take advantage of the BOGO Blizzard option in the app, but wad a mistake. Very disappointed that our medium size had less ice cream than our small. Obviously, had we known that we would have just ordered a small. Paid extra for a topping & not only did we not get extra, we had barely anything more than ice cream. It was packed & they were likely in a hurry, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't get what we pay for. Wouldn't go back to this location.

So we're local and my husband and I went to dairy queen tonight 4-9-24 to get a banana split and a brownie batter blizzard. The lady was rude from the start. She ended up giving him what looked like a cookie dough blizzard not chocolate at all. Which he said chocolate. I got the worst banana split ever, there was hardly any sauces on it there were a bunch of dry pineapple, teaspoon of chocolate and two strawberries with a skinny line of whipped cream of both sides. It was terrible. And they don't even say Have a Blessed day like they use too!
