Jacob our server was great, however the way I’ve seen how the managers handle everything is an absolute dumpster ? and every time I come here it seems like one or more of the staff is sick.

Made reservations online. Got there on time. Lady said she was the only one working the arcade sales and restaurant part. We waited then a different lady came back and said it was going to be a 45 minute wait. After we already made reservations. We just left.

It was my first time to eat and be a big kid so I did ha ha it was fun to play the games they had and of course u earned tickets so that was a plus and the things they had to offer was pretty good.

Reservation at 1:30. Arrived at 1:00. Seated and ordered 1:15. Finally got food after 2:30. Philly Cheese was missing cheese, cold and on old bread. I was starving so I ate it anyway. Waste of time and money.
Fun place to take the family, the food is pretty good and decent beer selection. Had ranch dry rub wings and fries. Get 6 wings when ordering traditional so they are expensive but taste ok (my wife is a nurse so we did get a 15% discount).Good games for everyone to play and usually not overly crowded......but I'll just hang at the bar.

awful we put our name I. The waiting list was skipped Waited 20 mins for drink order The poor girl that was serving us was being trained the trainer was walking around like he owned the place was not helping we waited 20mins to get drinks we was ready to order and he told her to not take our orders. , then the manger. Brought out one meal and she come by said sorry she was thrown on the floor she did not. Put your food in to be sent back it be up soon the chicken sandwich came out cold and Gary and we had to paid 40 bucks and it was awful ! Never been this bad but it’s went down hill no one come to the table said sorry nothing I felt bad form the server she had no clue . Am sorry when it’s full the server that is training should not be training and just walking by doing nothing! Awful
Parking lot was nearly empty at 6:45 on a Friday night which we thought was strange. Now we know why. Service was terrible our waitress never checked on us and I had to seek her out to get the check. Then charged us wrong. The food was quite terrible. We did 4 appetizers and the only one worth eating was the pretzels. The quest was inedible and tasted soured.
