DO NOT GO the food is nasty the drinks were awful and we found hair in the drink and we weren’t the only ones a worker announced that people are finding hair in the drinks and well so did we after she said that also we threw away the drink with hair and said don’t make another one and she still did what a waste

I go to this Dunkin EVERYDAY because it’s across the street from my Boutique Eight65 Designs. Every time I come through the drive thru a Taylor is there he is so polite and has great customer service skills! He deserves a raise! He always makes you feel welcome and looks forward to you coming back!

To start off, I never write reviews, I understand the struggles of working at a restaurant. With saying that this location has went down hill since the summer of last year. It’s almost every time they mess up an order. I don’t know if management has change but it’s gotten pretty bad. Also when you try and ask for them to fix it they are extremely rude.

I go to this Dunkin EVERYDAY & get the same drink! Today my drink was 100% wrong. I was nice and said my drink wasn’t made incorrectly Could you please fix it. While I’m waiting in the drive through I can hear the little girl inside working name Madison yelling about how I’m holding up the line and I shouldn’t ask for less ice! Extremely disrespectful! She’s yelling like this while customers are in the store! And the drive through window is CLOSED & I can still hear her. Dunkin needs to do better at training employees for better customer service! Her parents should be ashamed at the DISRESPECTFUL young girl she is! I am contacting corporate and the district manager as well. I spend a lot of money at this store to be disrespected! Parents teach your children RESPECT!!

I love this Dunkin! I go about 1-2 times each week and get the same order and my iced coffee is always consistent. I do order ahead through the app and it’s always ready within just a few minutes!

I’m gen Z and literally never leave bad reviews for any food service bc I know how stressful it can be, but this was absolutely not okay. We were trapped in the drive thru for over 30 mins. People were turning their cars off bc it wasn’t moving and you’re trapped by a concrete barrier. Extremely rude employees. We weren’t given our whole order, and then given the wrong order with zero apologies. When we finally got our food it was stale and cold. Employees were fighting behind the counter and complaining loudly instead of helping customers. This was 11/5/23 in the morning.

Did an online order for walk in. It was on the screen that it was ready, yet no where in site. A woman worker asked out loud about it. No response. So I asked, and she said no sticker was printed so nothing can be done and walked away. Another worker asked what we ordered and I told her. She apologized and grabbed the order. All while the 1st worker shook her head and rolled her eyes right at me, more than once. All bc another worker took time to help. Of the course the manager did not care. I've been up all night working on the OR floor and I was super nice when I could've been way more annoyed. Be kind!

We stopped in this morning on the way back to home in Indiana. The place was spotless inside and out. The coffees and donuts were great. The service was a little on the slow side. Customers who come inside need to get the same service as DT customers. Also the girl was efficient however a smile and thank you come again were missing.

I do not know why they call it Dunkin Donuts anymore? Seems everytime you go and ask for donuts or eclairs, they are out and if they happen to have any, they are stale. Why are they not making them fresh throughout the day? It really is a disappointment to go there anymore..
