I'd give the service and food 0 stars if possible. I walked in with my daughter to have lunch. There was no host and an employee sitting that told me they were just waiting to clock in, to seat myself. So we did, then the host returned and brought us menus. It took about 8 mins for a server to ask if we'd been helped..(should have left then) we ordered drinks and our meals. I wanted pulled chicken but they were out so I settled on pork. Waited 20ish minutes for food, the server never came back to check on us. She dropped off our food and left to go sit on her phone. My pork was cold. I waited and waited, the server never came to check on us. So I waved someone down and they offered to have my food warmed up ....so I said sure.... The random employee brought me warm pork and then my server came back and said oh you need boxes I see. And brought me a box and my check without ever asking how anything was. My daughter's chicken was rubbery and she ate none of it. Complete waste of money and time. This was only our second time going and honestly I don't think I'll ever return.

We have been here twice in three weeks and empty tables in the restaurant and they want you to stand and wait for 15 minutes because they don’t have enough of help. That’s fine they are short staffed and we asked twice just go ahead and seat us and we will wait and both times they refused. You are not the only restaurant around here and I’ll always discourage people from going there to stand in the doorway. Your manager on duty needs more experience in her people skills and she is lucky she didn’t get lowered a notch or two.

Food was ok. It was pretty greasy.You have to ask for silverware, don't expect to see your server to stop by and check on u. The food runner was lazy, we asked her for ketchup and silverware and she said I'll get your server instead of bringing what we needed. I'm pretty sure she never told the server because she never came. Good thing my wife still had water in her cup because mine stayed empty because I never got a refill. Customer service training is Definitely needed for family owned location.

I don't see a place to respond to the inquiry of what night we were there, but it was February 23. I mispoke when I said Saturday. It was in fact a Friday.We arrived around 5:30 pm on a Saturday and were told there would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. Being it was the weekend we expected there would be a wait but we were confused to having to wait because we counted 10 empty tables and 3 waitresses were seated folding silverware. The hostess took several phone orders while we were standing there telling one customer on the phone their food would be ready in 20 minutes. Our 15 minute window came and went. A waitress finally came and explained the kitchen was backed up and they were waiting on them to get caught up. We were left standing another 10 minutes before being offered a table to sit. After being there 30 minutes a waitress came to take our order. I asked if the kitchen was caught up or would we still have a wait. She went and asked and came back to let us know they didn't know when they would be able to get to our order that the screen was full with pick up orders. We chose to leave instead of continue to wait indefinitely.While I understand phone orders are vital to a place of business I don't feel like patrons who get out in the weather and go into the restaurant should be put on hold to accommodate those orders. We drove over an hour specifically to go to the restaurant on a recommendation from a friend. I'm not sure, but I doubt the waitresses earn many tips from those orders and are missing out on a chance to earn a bit more income by people not being seated or fed. Our waitress was understanding when we explained we were choosing to leave.

Extremely disappointed in our interaction with the Local this evening. We are taking care of a sick loved one and thought we would just call in take out so we could enjoy our evening without a mess at home. We have eaten here several times. We understand being short handed and increasing food prices. We placed an order to be picked up and we were told 10-15 mins we gave them 20 just to make sure. We get there and find that our wings had been given to someone else and they had called the customer to return them and wanted us to take them. The wings hadn’t been returned when we got there and we asked for them to be remade because honestly that’s what should have been done to begin with. I know wings take a while to fix 10-15 mins but 25 mins later we get our wings. All this while our other food had been setting so as you can imagine not very tasty. It seemed like because we didn’t take the wings that were sent home with a different family we were made to wait. If you are going to charge top dollar then the food as well as the service needs to match. If mistakes are made then food needs to be pushed in front of other orders to help correct those mistakes.

The live band was a little loud, but what do you expect. I was also kind of surprised they were there on a Wednesday. The food was fantastic, wings great as usual. Staff were fantastic.

I actually didn’t get an opportunity to eat at the restaurant this time. We showed up and bingo appeared to be more important than seating customers. My uncle was with me from Michigan and is an amputee, they told us it’d be 20 minute wait even though there were multiple tables, empty and clean, but would not seat us based on the fact that they did not have enough help in the kitchen.

Where to start? Sit down and drink order and cheese curds. Ok 20 minutes later we get the curds. Had to wait another 20 to order our food. Ok well we finally get it supposed to be garlic mash taters well they were taters but NO garlic and I have ice cream that was warmer. The pulled chicken was ok but my son got burned chicken tenders but we couldn't mention this due to the server disappeared oh well it is what it is. Guess it's hard to find a good place to eat around here but if you love any alcohol I guarantee they have that.

After having to wait for 10 minutes for the hostess while a server stood and flirted with a customer we finally got to sit down. The waitress we had tonight was excellent which hasn't been the case in the past. We keep going back hoping things will get better but that just hasn't happened. Tonight was the final straw, we WON'T go back. Tonight we had hair in my pasta and was accused of putting it there myself. No-one sitting at my table has blond hair! When my children saw the hair, they had the same food as I, they couldn't finish their's wondering if there was hair in their food also. The cook/manager that came to our table was very loud and very rude. They do an amazing business for how ignorant, rude, and uncaring their staff is!I'll go down the road 8 miles before ever going back to this place!
