Worth the Wait! We ate there for a late lunch with 2 couples. They were short staffed, but Nita was great & everything we ordered was tasty The Queso and Chips Appetizer & Mozzarella Sticks were really good. The burgers were hot, fresh and just like we ordered. Fries were hot & crispy. Would definitely go back again.

The worst meal we had during our stay in the area. The whole restaurant was dirty...disgusting we should have taken that as our que to leave but our kids were excited to eat there. Our waitress was incredibly rude and unwilling to answer questions about the menu and walked away multiple times mid conversation. We waited well over an hour for our meals in an almost empty dining room. Most of the tables orders came out incorrect and the waitress rolled her eyes when we asked for them to fix the issues. We asked for a manager due to fried shrimp on an order still being frozen and our waitress attitude. The waitress laughed as she said she could "see if the "manager had time to speak with us". During the waitress and "managers" conversation were laughing and calling our party names while sitting in a booth on the other side of the restaurant. The "manager" finally came over and could have cared less and told us this is just how their food is. It was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had ...we will not be back.

If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars, I would. My family and I went up to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area this past Sunday and decided to eat at this restaurant. We were probably the fifth family in line (we were there at 12 when the restaurant opened), so we were all sat at the same time. However, every table sat before and after us had received our food before us. We were a party of 5, and there were much bigger parties that got their food much faster. They were also out of most of their drinks and quite a bit of the food on their menu. On top of that, we were there for over 40 minutes before our waitress had checked on us after getting our drinks. Before that, my husband had to go and get us refills himself. After our food came out (about 55 minutes after we got there), all of our orders were wrong. Furthermore, my husband and nephew got their Chedder Mac & Cheese, which is apparently just macaroni noodles with a small portion of queso poured on top. When we asked for the manager, she came over and was very rude to us about our experience and made no effort to make things right. Please do not go here!!! It is a waste of time and money. I understand they may be short staffed, but in no way does that excuse their bad attitudes and unwillingness to make our experience better.

Too cold, dated and took 3 tries to get the food correct. Overpriced, but the burger was decent. Server was nice and apologetic.

Well let's just say do not bother, when the hostess says everyone quit. It's a good sign, food was ice cold, mushroom parm was served raw, please the chips with cheese sauce and Pico was not right and that parm Mac and cheese was also served cold never mind the forks, Elizabeth did her very best the bartender female whoa, someone tell her to go work at .......

Knox,the magician was awesome!! The food was good, I was a little disappointed they didn't have souvenir glasses and was out of steak for the Philly cheese steak sandwich. I'd probably get something different next time. Cool atmosphere though.

Monster decorated restaurant. Menu was cute with monster themed food and drinks. Tables have brown paper as table cloth with crayons for doodling. TV has Monster movies are showing. Food was hot & delicious. Our waitress was professional, friendly. She took 5 different food & drink orders with out writing it down & got it all right. We all had a wonderful time!!

Place is unique, I'll give it that. Food though, seemed in need of seasoning and better flavor. Portions are ridiculously huge, which is the idea I think. There were other tables being obnoxiously loud while we were there. We had a long wait for seating, which was estimated at 1/2 the time it actually took. Service was okay, but rarely asked about refills or checked on throughout our dining. It's an experience, know that going in.
Before COVID-outstanding. Made it to the must do again list. Grace is required for the challenges COVID presents. It’s understood staffing, cleanliness and menu options may be impacted. When you put that sign on the door be sure you at least meet the bar your local peers are setting. This restaurant stood out because it is subpar compared to how the other local restaurants are performing facing the same challenges. No visible leadership on the floor which was also different. Would love to return. I hope you are open and performing differently when we come back.

If you want an enjoyable family fun time, this is the place. Food was good. The desserts were delicious. Adult beverages are available and the IPAs were pretty good.

We ordered our dinner and had a visit from a magician. Our dinner was not arriving. Our waiter ACE kept checking on it. Found out the kitchen had cleared our order. He got things reordered. He explained what had happened and how he was getting us a free dinner. The manager then came over and reiterated what ACE had told us. They had gotten the bill down to 89 cents but it was covered. When the food arrived, it was so good.

Weird! Makes you very uncomfortable… ordered chips and quesso - it was lays potato chips and bottled cheese… ordered the cheese sticks- they were triangular shaped and disgusting! 10$ for lays chips and cheese! 10$ for disgusting cheese sticks… terrible Service! It took 45 mins to get the ordered drinks.. I really don’t understand why this place is still open…

Great food. Great prices. Has mostly burgers and sandwiches. All horror movie themed names for food. Also has a 14 lb burger for $50 that a big group could eat off of. Really cool restaurant.
