We always eat at a pnada express when ever we are out and about. Rice was a little hard so my kids wasn't too happy about that. Broccoli was very tough made my teeth hurt. I think they got in a hurry cause they were crowded.

John rose and Zackary maclellan… are Writing this review based on just getting home.. after I picked up my food. I needed some drinks at Casey’s gas station so I would say 30 minutes after pick up. Being a local I always know my favorite spots to go to… I love panda. I always go here. My apartment is nearby… I was in drive through for a few extra minutes.. getting an order for three which of course not a big deal… especially if it’s a double order of certain chicken with a few sides… I get it.. it’s Friday.. as long as there working to prepare it, it doesn’t matter to me.l.. especially when you are polite.I got home. And opened my food… and this is literally DISGUSTING. The fact a bite of my food was taken, I have never had this happen here. This is truly so disgusting.The health department needs to come over there at this point, I have always been a respectful customer.. but this is a first. Threw it straight in the trash. Photos provided.Will be contacting corporate and the health department… this is truly gross and will never be back again. Hope it was worth it

I guess you have to remember it's fast food. The rice was undercooked and flavorless. By the time we sat down, the food was cold. It was clean and friendly.

Do not eat at this location. My husband has stage 3 cancer and is rarely hungry anymore. Therefore, when he craves something, I make sure I get it for him.While eating his food, he found a cockroach cooked into the chicken he was eating. In all of the years that we have eaten at restaurants or fast food places, I have never ever found bugs in our food. This location needs a health inspection visit immediately.This obviously made my husband very nauseous and sick. Will be contacting the Sevier county health department first thing in the morning.

Drive thru. Ordered online got my food everything on bigger plate thrown in bag sides were upside down, bag soaked inside with sauce. Guy said he'd remake it. I watched him wipe off Styrofoam. Lied said was all new. Got home and there's no sauce on entrees.

Ordered from the drive-through. Got back to the room to eat the food. Was very disappointed in the portions. My wife ordered a bowl and had more chicken than my supposed double portion. I asked for teriyaki sauce, and none was given.
We used to give 5 stars but not anymore. We do not like they give packs of teriyaki sauce instead of made sauce. It does not taste the same plus it’s not heated up. The serving sizes have gotten small. Just disappointed.
Man lied said chinken was not hot! No sevierwear was I suppose eat noodles with fingers an then no sauce for crab raggon.. food suxs to smells good but suxs... I rather eat dog

Went thru drive thru. Got fried rice with beef and broccoli. Bowl filled to top with rice and broccoli covered top with 3 small and I mean small pieces of beef. Should've ordered rice and broccoli. This location always does this type of thing. Broccoli tasted burnt. I've eaten at several Panda Express and they were superb. This place I rate as poor. Give the people what they pay for.

I have not been to panda express in quite some time and missed their entree that i always have.so we went through and picked some up.there was about a 10 minute wait for the teriyaki chicken ? but it was definitely worth it! the food was hot ? and delicious ?
