The website claims that it's open..when in fact, it's locked down tighter than Fort Knox. Grrrrrr I really wanted good pizza. Not pizza hut. I was very disappointed.

I went to the one located in Kodak, TN. My first time I ordered a Hoagie and it was great! So I decided to order a Build your own NY style pizza. I ordered cheese and sausage. Not enough sauce or cheese on the pizza very very dry and the sausage was so well done it was difficult to chew. Very disappointing to say the least for the price of $17 for a medium pizza I guess I was expecting a bit more quality.

Honestly, we loved the Smokey Mountain Pizza Co. The prices are reasonable and our food only took 20 minutes to get. I like how you can walk around the store and test out different kinds of bbq sauce, hot sauce, and honeys while waiting for your food.Now the food. The food was SO good! The buffalo chicken pizza was delicious (we added pineapple) and we got the pretzel bites with the beer cheese. The beer cheese was probably my favorite thing we ate. If I could just have a gallon of it to take home with me I would be very happy! I’m glad we found this cute little store on our trip to the Smokey Mountains.

I LOVED this little store!! We stopped to use the restroom, and their brand new employee was so sweet! I didn't get her name. She did her job extremely well and said the right words, 30 minutes later we were walking out with the 2nd best fudge in the world! Sooo good. (1st best is my gmas fudge of course).I highly recommend stopping and they have donkeys next door!

If your looking for a quick meal for 3-4 and don't want to wait in line at restaurants, stop in here and get yourself a pizza. While your waiting on it to cook, get some fudge or an ice cream cone. Great food and customer service.

The pizza part was ok but the service was Terrible was only 4 of us in there my parents ordered first we ordered right after they got their food pretty fast about 10-15 mins wait which was FINE but after thoers we had to wait 35 mins for our 2 pizzas to come out with 4ish employees in the back on theor phones (a man n few girls) we was waiting looking around at the cool stuff the store had and the fudge lady's (they seemed so nice) kept trying to check to see if maybe the food was ready after 30 mins rang the bell no one came out then after 5 ish more mins someone comes out and gets us our food like it's been ready or they forgot we was here made me very upset cause my parents had to wait so long on us for 2 dang pizzas
