Place the order in an hour and a half before picking it up. It was not ready. Had to wait another 30 minutes for them to make the sandwiches up. What's the point of using the app when they don't have it ready. The whole purpose of using the app!!

DISAPOINTED, with the food preparation area. There was lettuce on the cabinets and mixed with the meats and on the floor. The spinach had black spots.To make things worse, they don't clean the preparation area from the last person's sandwich.I was appalled that they use the same gloves to take money then they make your sandwich.I will not go back.

The food was good. I ordered online for pick up an hour later. The order tracker said it was ready so I go to get it. It wasn't ready and I ended up getting it about 30 minutes after I arrived. I don't know how the order tracker works but it shouldn't notify you its ready when it's not. It's too far away to go back home and wait so you stand there feeling weird and a little angry because you're hungry to begin with and they said it was ready but you keep your happy coolness because you don't know if this dudes fault or some corporate website stupid rule or glitch. Be honest about wait times etc and trackers. Let us know it'll be minute up front and we usually are great with it. Ppl will wait anyway, they'll just go into it with the mindset we ARE going to wait instead I'll bebop my farazz in here and get my subbys, zip home and lay around in my drawers. We would be prepped to lay around a little later than expected but without the grumbley tummy angries. ?

To start, my order was wrong. They switched the sandwich bread with the other sub in my order and also added cheese to the other sub which was supposed to be on my sandwich. The service was also not great. When I came in, I told them which one was my order and the person at the counter said "How do you know that ones yours?" in a tone despite my order being the only mobile one there. I'm fairly disappointed in the food and service from this Subway. I'd recommend going to another one instead.

Always love a Subway Sub, but the service here was exceptional!! My husband is kind of picky and the lady that waited on him was so full of information and things for him to try on his Sub. Highly recommend and was such a pleasure getting out dinner there. Will most definitely return!

Stepped inside looking for Caffeine Free Diet Coke since many Subways have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. Since I could see fairly quickly there was only a regular fountain without the caffeine free choice I wanted, I turned to leave. An employee came out of the back yelling after me as I was almost to the door. I tried multiple times explaining I had just popped in to look for a specific drink & either she didn't understand or was trying to give me a hard time; I could never really tell. Whatever it was, it was a bizarre experience being hounded to explain my presence & feeling like I had to make her understand before I could leave. Would certainly never stop in to eat in the future.
