The absolutely most disgusting and disgraceful excuse for service I’ve ever seen. I’ve spent a long time in the service industry and I have never seen such slow and sloppy workers. DO NOT come here expecting a quick meal. We waited a solid hour to even get our order taken. P.S the employees smoke dope.

Stop here and you will probably not eat at a subway again. It took ages to get our sandwiches. Of the three folks working there, only one was taking care of customers. He was nice and tried, but dang.

I really just wanted to review the foot long pretzel! They did not give us anything to dip the pretzel in so it was very dry and they buttered salted and heated it to order! It was kind tough! I was hoping it would be soft like sonics! Also we tried the churro and it was a little tough too! The toppings for the sandwiches at this particular subway were chopped very small and nothing wanted to stay inside the sandwich! The lady working was very slow! Our sandwiches were cold but the time she was finished making them! This was all in all a bad trip to subway! Thumbs down! ??

They got my whole order wrong but because I’m nice I didn’t make them change it. The lady up front was completely rude about everything she wasn’t pleasant to talk to at all. We have a $12.99 for two footlong coupons and she still charged us $19 claiming two extra pieces of turkey was $4. I don’t recommend coming to this location.

The clerk was very unfriendly and irresponsible. When my friends and I arrived at the store, the clerk had a cold face and no greeting. There was no menu in the store and when we asked about the menu, the clerk was very impatient and threw down the word "Google it". This is just ridiculous.

Absolutely disgusting! The restaurant was filthy and the sandwich maker was using dirty knives to cut each sandwich! The sandwich station was covered in food and the worker was dragging each sandwich through the mess while making them. So much cross contamination!

When I visited there it was lunch time and it was so SLOW I can't even begin to say how slow it was. I waited in line 20 minutes and it was a short line to even get to where I could order. It took 35 minutes from the time I got into line until I had my sandwich. I have received food faster i a sit-down restaurant What seemed to be happening according to what I could see was that online orders and phone orders would come in and print off and then be taken by the staff and made. They seem to be prioritizing this over the orders of the people standing directly in front of them in the restaurant in person. The food was good and I like that the Drink Machine had so many options but be prepared to spend a VERY long time standing in line.

went there to get a snack while at the outlet my boyfriend and i got the same thing he jus had ham added now he is sick throwing up with food poisoning the service was slow and only one person making the food the bread wasn't cooked all the way it was all jus very bad neither one of us finished our food do not

Food was good but takes forever to make a foot long sandwich, I ordered my sandwich at about 2 pm online, and I didn’t get to leave the store until about 2:20 and in this time I think she made one sandwich? Lady with blue and purple hair really didn’t do anything while I was in there, didn’t really even help out her other coworkers. I got one cookie and the lady knew I was in a rush and just strolled to the back playing with the tongs almost like she was being slow on purpose. I’m not ever a Karen but this was just a store who was either careless or needs more staff. Store is also dirty so maybe they need employees.

Lady behind the counter had no name on her name tag and from being a former GM of a subway store my employees always had their name written on their name tags rather than that great service and very cleanly
