The floor was very dirty, but I think it was from customers tracking in mud. However, it was not busyat all and could have been cleaned up.The service was good but the food wasn't great. I usually just get a veggie sub. This visit I tried the rotisserie chicken again and regretted it.

Food was on par for subway, but two girls working on Sunday evening, 9/3, were terrible. Eye rolls, dramatically looking at their watches when I paused to ask my kids what they would like on their sandwich. I'm pretty sure the girls make the same amount of money whether I take 2 minutes to order or 10 minutes, but they acted as if they get commission on every sandwich. Too bad they were so awful because I typically tip service industry employees, but they were just awful. Customer coming in after us also commented on their bad behavior.

Walked in, the man that was working behind the counter saw us and immediately got mad. Slammed his stuff down to wash his hands. I said hello to him and he ignored me. I’m assuming he was angry that he had customers? I told him we would leave if he was that bothered. He just rolled his eyes at us. GREAT SERVICE.

i stopped here on the way back to our cabin, the worker who was making my foot long asked if he could see my foot long…, safe to say i’m never going back here

Someone should train them as to what goes on each sandwich and menu item. That should be the minimum training. They don't even get that. It gets worse every time I go.

Updating to 5 stars. Returned to location and the issue below has been corrected.I used to eat at this location every single day; no exaggeration. Every day. It was EXCELLENT! The new store manager and sandwich artists must be so concerned with food costs that they give about half the amount of protein and veggies that should be on a wrap. I can't speak for subs, but the wraps are an absolute joke now. There is more of the "wrap" in each bite than anything. Even lettuce and spinach is placed sparingly. So if you love bread sandwiches, use this location. Otherwise, I would keep on driving. Highly recommend all Gatlinburg locations.
