They had us wait at the ordering window while they made our food so we wouldn’t mess up their drive thru times I’m assuming. If I did this at the fast food place I worked at, I would get in trouble for cheating the system.

Food was not bad. Menu was a little different from other local Taco Bell’s. Employees were a little off. Lady working the drive thru was sitting down and they kept the window open while they were horse playing with kitchen employees.

We stopped here at my husband's request, and ordered 2 veggie power bowls. The girl/manager taking the order repeated it, so I know she got it right. However, when they arrived, both had chicken. I just ate mine because I was hungry, but due to good service, she replaced my husband's. Thanks. Well, the chicken must have been bad because I got food poisoning, and he did not. Two stars instead of one to account for the service.

My recent visit to Taco Bell left me thoroughly satisfied and impressed with the quality of food and service provided. Despite being a fast food chain, Taco Bell managed to exceed my expectations with their delicious and affordable menu options.I opted for a variety of items, including the classic Crunchy Tacos, Crunchwrap Supreme, and Nacho Fries. Each item was freshly prepared, flavorful, and delivered promptly. The Crunchy Tacos had the perfect balance of seasoned beef, lettuce, cheese, and crispy shell, while the Crunchwrap Supreme was a tasty combination of beef, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes wrapped in a warm tortilla.The Nacho Fries were a delightful side dish, perfectly seasoned and accompanied by a generous portion of warm nacho cheese sauce. The value for money at Taco Bell is exceptional, allowing me to enjoy a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.The staff members were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was accurate and that I had everything I needed for a pleasant dining experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the speed of service also contributed to my overall positive impression of Taco Bell.In conclusion, Taco Bell continues to be a reliable choice for quick and tasty Mexican-inspired fare. My girl try to just get meat and cheese on her Chillupa's. Not only did they mess that up, but messed up the type of meat that she wanted, and put chicken instead of beef. We really wanted the food, but we thought that it would have been fair if they actually replace the food and gave us refund. Its was a $10 dollar drive. The general manager Dylan. That's all I know him as because he wouldn't even give me his last name. Even though he was the general manager. A general manager usually means you can do the best for the customer. The moment I ask for his name. He completely got defensive even before I ask for his last name. His response was who do you think you are.. I am the person that it's gonna be contacting HR saying that my order was not replaced. I even asked if he could contact a Taco Bell that was closer to our destination so I could get my refund there. Told ne that wasnt possible. So we are at a standstill. Problem unsolved. Thanks for reading

We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to take our order. After the heavyset lady took our order she went and started window orders. We waited an hour before someone came over and asked can I help you. I told them we were waiting on a shelton order. They said they didn't have an order with that name. We showed them the receipt. The heavyset lady didn't even put our order in the computer. So we had to wait another hour to get our food. When we went to eat my bean burrito was not put together they just threw it together and wrapped it up. No meat on the burrito at all. The taco didn't have meat on it. It was a taco supreme like we ordered. I do not recommend this taco bell to anyone. The workers are also rude.

What can you say? Fast food right. Thing is when a manager gets rude and yells across the restaurant and at staff and customers that to me is unexceptionable. Pull your employees a side out of public view. My friend went and asked for Taco's; Hard shell no tomatoes. Got Taco's 3 of them. Now they serve them with meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomato; so the request was no tomatoes. Instead he got all tacos with meat and cheese no lettuce or tomatoes. I told him to go back up, and request a little lettuce, (you know maybe a handful) enough to put on his self as we didn't want them to waste and throw them in the trash and make more. Instead what we got was a Manager who screamed at the top of her lungs to the staff " Lettuce costs money". Now I get that, however you can get an entire head of lettuce for about $1 or so, you are taco bell, a little lettuce to put on Taco's you messed up on to start with I did not think was a big deal. Needless to say I called the store regarding how rude this was when 4 other groups of people in the dining room and the line at the register where all looking; we were sitting all the way in the corner in the back furthest from the door, like everyone else, I heard it clear as a bell. Taco Bells regional manager never returned my call. Called corporate they took a message and someone would get back to me 3 weeks ago. WOW. If anyone wonders Why customer service is lacking in just about every establishment, one reason would be that management is teaching the employees to be hateful and disrespectful to customers. This particular taco bell obviously does not care about customer satisfaction since they do not look at reviews or return calls or address the issues. There are plenty of Taco Bells around I suggest you find a different one if you have any hope of receiving good customer service. Perhaps, if enough complaints come in on this one we can get a Churches Chicken in this area, maybe they have good good customer service.Parking: The drive through lines are always very long is you park you may be caught with the enormously long line behind your vehicle waiting for a kind person to finally let you out.
