THE BEST MEAL EVER!!! Out of 9 days of eating all over this place it was the best meal we've ate. Steak was a 23oz Porterhouse T-bone cooked perfectly, juicy & flavorful. Bake potatoes covered our plates, hot all the way through and tasted like a potato. Rolls were hot. Our waitress was such a pleasure.Sevierville Texas Roadhouse you NEVER disappoint. ?

Our steaks were excellent, but my baked sweet potato was sooo good...loaded with butter, brownsugar, marshmallows and they may have drizzled a tad of carmel on top!!
Even though it was extremely crowded we had a 20 minute wait I got to say my half a rack of ribs was juicy and tender the barbecue sauce was a little vinegary for me but the sweet potato was off the chain I would highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse friendly service just expect a wait

The staff was beyond friendly! Patina and Derrick (I do apologize for name mistakes) took very good care of my husband and I. The food was amazing and it seemed like everyone inside was enjoying themselves.Parking: We parked right by the entrance. Did not have to hunt for a spot to park.

Wheelchair accessibility: My mom uses a rollator it's so crowded in there and they pack you in tight.it was also hard for her to get to bathroom due to isles had table extentions on them..they really need to add onto this building they are so busy ALL the time.

Great food and our waitress was wonderful. Wished I remembered her name then again I can hardly remember my own. Getting old sucks...lol. I would look at the receipt, but my mother in law paid for ours. Wish I could add another 5 star review for that. What a wonderful day...

Stopped here for lunch one day on our week long trip to the Smoky Mountains. It's not often you find a TR that opens at 11:00 on a weekday, but this location does. Food at every Roadhouse we have ever visited has been solid and consistent and this location was no different. You really can't hear the money for this type of quality. Our server here was fantastic as well. She took care of us and refilled drinks several times during our visit. The next time we are in the area for vacation we will definitely stop by this location again.
