This Wendys is pathethic, food is always cold, workers are always hateful. False advertisement because they want to upcharge your meal to a large everytime. They should not upcharge unless it's asked for especially not when a person specifically says small when they are ordering.

Absolutely the rudest people ever. They close the dining before it’s supposed to as your walking in. Because they don’t want to deal with the group however these workers stay on. And this group cleans after themselves and helps to make sure it’s clean for them even offering to sweep and wipe the tables down. Who in their right mind treats a person with such disrespect. A little boy was coming to get a treat to celebrate a public speaking event. A 9 year old mind you. Corporate will be involved. .

I recently went to the store after placing a mobile order. I was told it wasn’t ready and to give it a few more minutes (it had been 15 minutes since I placed the order). I waited a few minutes and went through again to be told it still wasn’t ready. At the window, they continuously told me that they didn’t have the order and asked for proof I ordered it to their location which I provided them with. They then told me that they could not give me the food without a receipt showing the items. I had not received a receipt because they had not finalized the order on their end. After searching for the order, another employee was nice enough to start making my order and assist with the process. However, she was then yelled at by the two initial employees for her kind gesture. I was finally given my food by one of the first employees who helped me and was very rude and mumbled under her breath after I THANKED HER for my food. I understand that technology isn’t perfect and things mess up but it doesn’t change how I was treated by those two employees. Thankfully, there is another Wendy’s close by for me to go to in the future.

Everything was CORRECT which is hard to come by with allergies, and the foot was so hot and fresh I about burned my mouth on the fries, 11/10 would recommend coming here again. 12/10/22 12 PM. Best workers ever, super nice.Dietary restrictions: They made my burger with no bun or tomato due to an allergy and got it right the first time.

Today, I had chilly and that chicken sandwich.The chili was very good! Really hit this hot and cold day. it was a little spicy too. Which tasted great. The Asiago chicken sandwich was very salty. This could be how it is supposed to be. It was just too much salt for me.
