I've been a patient at the Seymour office for roughly 15 years. When I needed help and called for an appointment I was told that since I hadn't been there in 3 years I would be considered a new patient and they weren't accepting new patients. I stayed away during the whole Covid debacle and I had my reasons. So they dumped me. This has put me in a terrible position. I had to find a new doctor, pick up a new patient packet, take it home and fill out, return it to the doctor's office, then I have to wait for them to get my medical records. Once they have the records I have to wait for an appointment and then finally get a referral to a pain specialist. I did go to urgent care (an additional expence) who prescribed a pain medication that barely put a dent in my pain! So, meanwhile I suffer.

The best place for Primary care. Family medicine. I love working here and Dr Hall and Tom Shirley are just the best. I am blessed to work with them and the rest of the family. Every co worker I work with is awesome. They treat there patients and employees like family. Truly care about you.

The treatment center is great! The doctors and nurses are very helpful, professional, knowledgeable. No issue here.The problem here is the front desk employees.

I am so thankful for Dr. Shirley and everyone else at Mountian View! They actually listen to what your symptoms are and help you every way they can to get you feeling better. They really are the best!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a physicians office, I saw someone by the name of Tom Shirley, after waiting for about 45 min, my bp was 185/111. So I listened to him basically brag about all his life's accomplishments, for an hour, after finally getting his recommendations and leaving, he was supposed to call in my medications that I've been on for years, none were called in. The next day I received a notice in the mail being dismissed as a patient. After paying a 150.00. So apparently this medical center has no clue how to treat high bp, and basically are known in the community for overprescribing Xanax to most of the Seymour community! Do not go here!!!!!! Dr Shirley is an egotistical f****** p***** I hope he drowns in his own arrogance!

I have very little to add to the review by Ashley S. She is 100 percent correct about how they treat patients. I have never waited less than a half an hour from my appointment time. I complained to NP Thomas Shirley and he basically said it's the way they do business. They also hold your prescriptions for ransom -- they will not send in refills unless you go in for an office visit. Good way to pad those revenues. This practice is really a total waste of time ... I've had it, I'm going somewhere else!
