I’d like to say that the food was great. I didn’t care for the crab Rangoon sticks but everything else was perfect and very tasty. Service was pleasant and prompt. I would recommend eating here! Sushi was generous and good as well !

Sushi sub par $15 roll with Fried crab should be fried fresh and made to order. The one we got had texture that it was fried before dinner service, making it tough and unpleasant. Server laughed when we told her was not good and asked to take off check. The Hibachi onions were still raw and cold fried rice. I don't know how the Fried rice can be cold.

waitress took my order brought my drink and never returned till it was time to pay. didn't check back once. some dude dropped off my food and disappeared. other than that food was good. but they call it serving tables for a reason

We really enjoyed our food it was very good which is most important to us. However we both agreed that the service could be a tiny bit better and the interior could use some sprucing up. Great place I’d like to see them make these changes. I will continue to give them a shot cause the food is excellent.

My family and I dined here on Christmas weekend. We were quite delighted how good the sushi was. The crab rangoon was delicious. Edamame was great as well. We had 6 different sushi rolls served. All were great, fresh, and devoured in no time. My kids loved the chicken Ramen soup and cleaned the bowl. The prices were really reasonable as well. Definitely will be back again!

We ate during slow day, the restaurant looks nice but our table was sticky. The staff were nice. The food was overpriced for what it was. The crab Rangoon’s have no crab at all and “just called that” the fried rice was so salty it was spicy. The fried rice doesn’t have other options, it’s just rice fried or white rice. The noodles with our hibachi were the same as the rice but inedible. The sushi was good, the actual hibachi was not, same culprit as everything else SALTED TO DEATH!Tell them to avoid salting your food if you eat here! Otherwise it wasn’t a waste of 45$ for two people to eat mediocre food. I’d just go next door to the Chinese place and get to go for my home atmosphere for 20$ cheaper.
Update: I took my daughter for lunch yesterday. She ordered sushi, I had hibachi shrimp and we had one appetizer. The bill was 43.00 plus a tip. We were the only two customers and there were three employees who sounded alot like they were arguing the entire time we were there. To spend 50.00 for lunch in Seymour is ridiculous. We probably won't be back and we've been customers since they opened. Nothing like making the portions much smaller, charging more and pricing yourself out of business. Old review-- We love Sakura! Great Japanese food and our granddaughter loves their sushi!
