We ordered two pizzas and a dessert cookie for delivery. After eating the pizzas, we opened up the cookie box all the way. There looked to be blood on the lid. Thinking it was ink that bled through, we tried to match the red splatters to the ink on the front of the box. Not being able to match them up, we called down to Snappy’s to inform them of the issue. The gentleman all but called us a liar, the eventually said to just bring the box and cookie to the store in the morning and show someone. The gentleman on the phone kept reiterating that no one cut themselves today. After this incident, we will not be coming back and pictures and a complaint have been sent to corporate. We will bring the box, with the cookie, tomorrow to the store. I don’t expect much to be done about it.
I don’t order from here nearly enough, but every time I do, it’s delicious. They always get my order correct. The pizzas are consistently made each time. Fast delivery, and everyone is super polite.
