Use to be fast. I'm sure staffing is the issue, but it shouldn't take 10+ minutes sitting at the window to get 2 milkshakes when there are 4 people in the isle making things, I couldn't see how many were in the back, but only two cars parked in spots. I was the 4th car in line when I ordered and no cars were behind me once I payed. When I finally got my super messy cup milkshakes there were 5 new cars behind me. The service has went down hill tremendously in the last several years....read full review

Ordered using the app. Was told i had to go through the drive through to get my order. No drive up service.By the time I got my order and got home the food was cold. And I mean cold. Usually I order, get there, enter the stall number in the app and a few minutes later the food is brought out hot so it is still warm when I get home 5 minutes away.
