Very disappointing experience here on Friday night. Called in a pick up order and was told 25 min pick up time. Arrived in 25 minutes and waited there for 35 min for order to be ready. Asked very politely to be compensated with either a discount off pizza, or credit towards future order. Was told there was nothing they could do and the manager on site was busy cooking and could not speak with me. They took my name and number, haven’t heard from them yet. What was even more disappointing is the pizza was not very good. I’ve eaten here many times in the past but after this experience I will probably drive an extra 15 minutes and go to Cruz Farm Pizza Barn from now on.

Great place for pizza, stromboli, wings, eggplant parmesan, ceasar salad, etc. Really good dough/sauce and very good tasting Italian sausage (which normally I don't care for). Excellent sweet potato fries too. So far, everything we've tried has been great. Excellent wait staff who have been super friendly.
We are visiting the area from out of town. My family wanted to try a local pizza restaurant. We went in, and got seated. We waited long enough to wonder if anyone was serving the table we were sat at. I started a timer on my phone, because I was curious how long it would take them. Another 15 mins went by with no contact from either server as they walked by us. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. No one said a word to us as we left. I can’t advise you on the pizza, but the service/ leadership wasn’t good enough to even get any pizza. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to find out.

walked in and waited 5 minutes before i gave up waiting on anyone to acknowledge my presence. turned around and walked out. tried again a couple weeks later same thing. i must be invisible or something

I like crispy pizza. We got two pizzas on our first visit and one was cooked well and the other way pretty floppy. So on our second attempt I asked the to cook it longer. I picked up the pizzas and both are barely done, all flop. The flavor is good but disappointed.
