We ordered a 10x14 inch ice cream cake for my Mom's 90th birthday. Not only was it delicious but it was very well decorated exactly as we requested. It fed twenty three people, Mom had two helpings and there was still a little leftover for Mom the next day.Rated March 11, 2024

I honestly give up on this place! Everytime they mess my order up and always have attitudes! The management isn't any better! Tonight all I asked for was the mint brownie blast with no brownie and add m&m's. Not complicated AT ALL! got my order handed to me and I took a bite and it had nooooo mint, I handed it back showed her it wasn't even green, she tried to hand it back to me and say that's what it looks like and I Said no its not because I've had one before. So she took it and blended a tiny bit of mint I'm assuming because it was a pale green when she handed it to me,but still didn't taste it. So I officially give up on getting ice cream from hers anymore

I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant. I ordered 40 dollars worth of food for my family when we got it the fries were cold. Easy fix. I went up to the counter and told them they were cold and asked for either fresh ones or a refund. The manager started yelling at me threatened me saying I better shut my mouth or else she would shut it for me. I asked to speak to the gm about the situation, I finally said I just wanted a refund on the whole order that I would go somewhere else and they called the police on me and told me I was never allowed there again. The manager was trying to attack me the employees were holding her back. It was a crazy situation. I got my refund and wrote a report on the manager.

Got the chocolate strawberry blizzard I recommend it it's absolutely
Went around 2pm and the service was good but the food was old and cold. Should of known when the Fries was cold, Thought maybe if I warmed it up in the air fryer it would come back to life. NO it didn't almost $20 later I had to find something else to

Ordered 2 four piece chicken meals. Got home, no chicken in one box, everything else. Two days later, go for replacement, no onion rings. I asked. Apparently, you get everything else, but onion rings according to the cashier. Why wouldn't you get everything or just the chicken replacement. Kids disappointed a second time.
