This was our first time at this location and We typically love little Caesars. But we were are are highly disappointed with this location. According to my husband The service was meh... And the food inedible. The pizza was paper thin and although it had cut lines it was not cut, and it was dripping grease and I mean literally dripping from each slice. Neither of my kids would eat it and I don't blame them cause I didn't eat it either. It was a complete waste of 20 bucks. I don't know how this place is still going..

I work in Murfreesboro and hour away and I drive to the location in Shelbyville just to be told my online order has not even been put in the oven when the people In the drive thru got pizza after pizza the said it would be another 30 to 45 minutes before my order was ready all I got was 2 pizzas and some wings this place does not have prioritys right I will never come here again.Parking: This location really sucks do not use

Last couple times I've been here the pizza has been lacking. Paid 13.99 plus tax for a deep deep dish and it looks like they converted it from a round pizza. Isn't even square in shape at all. The meat looks like they threw a handful in the middle and slapped it in the oven. Sadly this is about the third time the pizza has looked like this. Such a shame.

I hate to be a complainer. Its rare that I do. I came for an order of crazy bread. I received said crazy bread AND EVEN TIPPED THE CASHIER! Only to get into my car and realize they gave me cheesy bread. No biggie. I went back in and explained. Yet they wanted me to wait another 15 minutes. I’m not blaming the cashier it was a honest accident I’m sure BUT to have to wait another 15 minutes and PAY AGAIN after I’d already paid and TIPPED?!?! I just paid for something I cant eat and even tipped for the SERVICE! I suggest the owner of this location pay a better wage and stop relying on the public to pay their workers. I know this situation is silly but I’m pretty upset about having food I can’t eat and having paid for it along with a TIP no less! DO BETTER PLEASE!
