I want to give a huge shout out to the staff that work there Tuesday 10/10/23 I had a long day at work on top of that Had to see a love one at the hospital was an emergency short story it was a 40 min drive and there take out had ended but they still waited for me to get there and had my food nice and hot ( heat wise) imagine I was very hungry after a long day and they had a long day themselves but they still waited. That is what I call great service.??

Honestly not sure how this establishment stays in business. Pizza is the worst I've ever had. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and the dough was under cooked and 2 pepperoni per slice.2nd chance I've given them, will not be another. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money.

The wife and I haven't had papa John's in years and we see all the commercials about how great they are so we thought we would give them another try and we are VERY disappointed. Worst pizza I have had in a long time. Don't think I will be going back anytime soon if ever.
This was my third visit there and every time I get my food it's warm or cold never hot.

I got ripped off for a dollar and my pizza was cold plus she forgot my sprite so she had to go back to the store just to get a sprite with my order

I've reviewed Papa John's several times... and I only get delivery... their store is in a really inconvenient place, but it doesn't stop them from making the best delivery pizza in town! I'm not sure if people eat in or not as I've never actually BEEN to their place, so I'm not one to ask about that... ... but if you want to know about the food I've had, the delivery people or the delivery times, then I can sure tell y'all ALL about those, and I've posted pics of every deeeee-licious thing I've ordered. I haven't had a single bad thing from my local Papa John's here in Shelbyville... the Pepperoni Stuffed Crust Pizza is mouth watering good and they don't skimp on ANYTHING. Their garlic dipping sauce is my addition... gotta have it for pizza, bread, whatever! It's THAT good! Their Ultimate Pepperoni pizza is pretty good, but I got spoiled by the stuffed crust... ... and the 10" cheese sticks is like a mega cheese pizza with seasoning in bread form... yum! I have to tell y'all that if you're having a chocolate craving, get the chocolate chip brownies, as they're loaded with chocolate and chips... and come all hot and gooey with just enough crisp edges for those of us who like 'em. The great thing about Papa John's is that the pizzas automatically come with a *FREE* garlic sauce, where other places would charge for it. Other things have a pizza dipping sauce, or again, the garlic dipping sauce. You also get a pepperoncini in the box to munch on. How cool is all this? (I have to say I always order extra of my favorite sauce because... why not?) This review is kinda like that Carl guy from the Caesar's betting app commercials, where he says "Hope that answered your question!" and no one had asked him one... but I hope this answered any y'all had, asked or not.
