Former delivery driver.As a former proprietor I genuinely feel sorry for this owner. Monica and rain have managed to single handedly run this business into the ground. The things I've witnessed are inexcusable. This place is filthy. I will never eat here again. I love pizza hut, what a shame.

Just hopping the boss take a look at this review, I worked for DoorDash and I went to pick up an order and the lady who was taking the orders was so unprofessional, disrespectful, I told her I was picking up a DoorDash, she asked me for the name, and it was a really hard name to pronounce since I don’t speak English like a native, but I do, so I showed her the phone with the name and she was just ignoring me, she said, “Next” so She was not gonna help me, and she looks like a Latin persona and I am sure she speaks Spanish, they just should be polite and help if they are not willing to do that, you should guys do something with that kind of people.

Tried to order from this location during the daytime on two separate occasions. Was told both times that they were extremely busy and it would take 2 to 3 hours. I was giving end of life care for a close family member at the time and all he really wanted to eat was a pizza from Pizza Hut. He never got one. I could literally see Pizza Hut in the distance from his residence and the parking lot was nearly empty both times. On the second occasion, I drove over to see how busy they really were. The dining room was empty and the only kitchen activity consisted of employees clowning around and laughing. They were intentionally turning down business. I was absolutely disgusted to see this. I will NEVER again set foot in, nor order from, any Pizza Hut anywhere. This Shelbyville, TN location should be closed permanently. Pizza Hut should be better than this.

This Pizza Hut is the worse I ordered on January 8th through the app my order was $34.05 on my app it showed delivered well it was not so I called the store thought I would never get through she would pick up the phone then hang it up finally after a ton of hang up calls she finally said Pizza Hut then said can she put me on hold I was please don’t I was just wanting to let you know I did not receive my pizza then she rudely said I’m busy can’t help you well now I’m mad because she hung up as soon she said that so I called back and try to explain my app shows delivered but I didn’t receive any pizza she then started making fun of the way o talk and once again after mocking me hung up again so now it’s like a game to her so my husband called and ask for her boss name & number she said y’all find it and hung up again so the next morning called the store manager and was telling her I didn’t receive my pizza and was telling her about the lady from the night before she then said wasn’t her fault she was busy I said can I have the general manager name and number she also told us for us to find that out and hung up so then I started calling corporate every other day just trying to get my money back since I didn’t get my order to this day 1-30-2024 I still do not have a refund or no call from the general manager from the Shelbyville Tennessee Pizza Hut it’s a wonder people on our home facebook say don’t order here that they have the worse employees because it’s true so they stole my money it’s not right I’ve been trying now for over two weeks. So if anyone has the general name and number I would appreciate it.

Ordered a $480 + order.. amd the system lost it.. had to go back amd reorder.. gave a $2] cash tip... 100% disappointed in management of this company . They camt even label the pizzas ... they don't anything any more excpt abunch of junk...that you didn't order amd they don't even care... management needs to be fired amd start all over
My husband sent in order for curbside pickup. When he got to the store, he notified them he was there. He waited beyond the anticipated time to have someone bring his order in the appropriate area and no one ever did. He went inside and saw his order sitting there and when he asked why someone did not bring it as they were supposed to, they rudely replied that "we don't do that". Why is there that option on their site if they "don't do that". My husband is disabled which is why he chose this store to pick up dinner. The food is terrible and has been for a couple of years but occasionally, we would pick up pizza any way however, with this last even and the rude people coupled with horrible soggy pizza, it will be our last business. I hope when the store shuts down, the people who "don't do that" will realize how badly they needed to provide the service their online site states they do.

My husband ordered a pizza online for curbside pickup, went to the store, parked and followed the instructions. After waiting well beyond expected tim without anyone bringing the pizza, he went in the store and it was sitting there, getting cold. He asked them why they had not brought it out and they said, "We don't do that". Well, according to their online site they do. My husband is disabled which is the only reason we ordered from them for the curbside pick up as their food is horrible. Don't worry Pizza Hut workers, you won't have to "do that" for us ever again. You can keep the nasty food and attitudes.

Don't waste your time just another business that wants to screw their customer over while maximizing profits online ordering glitched caused us to have an order that was supposed to be $24 cost $65 never again and the manager refused to make it right and they don't answer their phones which could have been avoided in the first place had they have I'll just take my money elsewhere forget Pizza Hut
