I didn't use to go to Zaxby's because it was super slow when it was new but I've been ordering ahead with the app mostly. The times I have used the drive up it's been faster. The service is great and the food is always good.

These people are rude and careless. I feel confident this place doesn’t order fry seasoning and have a shortage of Zax Sauce because no matter if you pay for the sauce you can bet twice the amount you won’t get it. Them employees from Murfreesboro or Tullahoma need to come show them how to run a store.

I come in today had great food but that's not the point. I asked for a cup of Zax sauce, and I was willing to pay for it, and when I went to go pay for it, the lady got pissed because I was paying on my phone and she shook her head at me and said I'll just pay for it. She disrespected me and was out of line and I don't appreciate that

Only two cars in the drive-thru and at least five employees there. Ordered $60 worth of food and it took 20 minutes and half of it is cold, including my fries and my chicken fingers. I had to ask someone to bag my food because the girl that took my order was in the restroom for over 15 minutes. Are we really paying people more these days for service that is sub par? I’m done with this restaurant. Next? …edit….got home and have 8 pieces of fried chicken on my SW salad. So I get 8 bites?
