The sushi palace! Alright, so, not quite a palace by any stretch of the word. It turns out there's a guy from Myanmar who makes amazing sushi in the back of Pruett's! We're relatively new to town (recently migrated from afar) and were hunting for food closer to home. We were told repeatedly to check out the "Sushi at Pruett's". Very hesitantly, we did. I've rarely had half-decent sushi in a little plastic box from a grocery store. Wow. Were we surprised. It turns out it's *great* sushi! The sushi palace may not refer to the seating or ambiance, but it definitely describes the food flawlessly.
