Smyrna now boasts a Chipotle, Moe's, and Blue Coast. Blue Coast is clearly the best experience of the 3. Better chips, better topping options, and fresher protein. Fish tacos as well. The dine-in experience includes large real bowls rather than the cramped disposable bowls and stainless steel utensils. All around best option in town for a custom burrito or bowl.

I am always hesitant to leave a negative review with the name Karen. This is our third or fourth time giving this location a chance as we were regulars. Tonight not only was our pick up order not ready thirty minutes after said ready time, it was cancelled when located in the system, and we were asked to order through the line. Not a biggie but we had points used on the app ordering on top of our $65-$70 total order.When I asked the manager on duty he said to explain to them when ordering in line and they would take care of it. Well between the confusion and special requests on the order everyone was clearly annoyed and frustrated. Again understandable because we were left passing information from the manager to his employees.At this point I chose to say hey we will go elsewhere but can you just give us something in writing to honor our free entree in the future. Nope that was not able to be done and it was explained that the app gliches all the time. The manager on duty did say he will ask the store manager when he sees him next week but he did not bother to take our contact information after making it clear they were busy. We were the only ones in line almost two hours before closing.All that said the food is great, atmosphere is chill, but the service even for a quick food option now comes off annoyed and tolerated at best.

Seth is outstanding, I placed the order to get a few ounces of shredded chicken for my coworkers today he was so patient and understanding while I was trying to decide which side orders to get, we got the black beans, pinto beans and rice. It was fabulous 10 stars for Seth. Also the manager Charlie was pleasant and kind the night before while we were deciding to make the order. we will definitely be ordering again thanks Seth and Charlie again we appreciate you? both of y’all rock!!!

We showed up at 8:15pm and the worker inside locked the doors and turned off the open sign. I understand closing a little early but that was a bit much. Especially when we drove 15 minutes expecting it to be open.

I went to Blue Coast Burrito for the first time today in Smyrna, TN and ordered three rice bowls(similar to what Chipotle) offers.Very similar to Chipotle, I was just telling the guy at the service counter what all to put in our bowls. They have different style of bowls and not the one we normally get at Chipotle.Paid the bill and came home and found out that the overall quantity for the money we paid is very less. Probably 70% of what Chipotle offers at the same price.Will not try this place again as it's too expensive for the quantity offered and also the quality is very average.

We are regulars at this location. The past couple of orders placed have items prepared without following requests such as leaving chips on the side on nachos or leaving an item off. We have never complained and glady went back to pick up a missing item.Tonight we ordered and again special requests were not followed and an item was missing. This time we choose not to go back or even call due to my wife be spoken to for filling our kids drinks for the staff while she waited for the order to be completed. The order was already delayed in being ready for pickup and she was trying to help. She apologized several times to the young man but he continued to repeat how she was going to get all the workers in trouble.If you are going to speak to someone in that manner after they apologized several times and acknoweledged they understood I would hope you at least double checked the order was correct especially as she said nothing about having to wait as well. Due to service steadily declining we will not return.
