My husband and I traveled from Michigan to Tennessee to visit friends nearby. We wanted to grab a quick bite before heading home the next day and it was by far the worst experience we have had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. To start, as soon as the waitress took our drink order she spent 8 minutes talking to the girl making the drinks who proceeded not to make our drinks, while rolling their eyes at us. Then our waitress went to take the drink orders of a group of about 10 people. We were still waiting on our drinks. My husband got his order of wings faster than the drinks got there. We noticed that the larger group had started to get their drinks and proceeded to look for a manager to let them know we had not gotten our drinks nor napkins. Couldn’t find a manager and so we proceeded to go to the bar and had to take our drinks to our table. Our waitress was full of snarky remarks and a horrible attitude towards us, mind you we waited 15 minutes for her to take us our drinks and she never did. Drinks should be out before the food, how is one supposed to eat without their drink or at least a water. Needless to say this is a place we will not be returning to. Very disappointed in service!!

So this is my second time ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings on door dash, and it’s obviously not the dashers fault because they’re not making my food. But they’ve forgotten my drink twice now and it makes me so upset because I should get what I pay for. The service is terrible for picking up an order. The drink should be the first thing in there, it’s the easiest. I let it slide the first time, but the second shows they don’t care.
