There was a birthday, and before they sang happy birthday, they set off a loud instrument that triggered a friend with combat based PTSD. The meal ended at that point so the friend could leave. One of the waiters who has served me twice always has a sleepy face with no desire to serve and is rude. It's like I went to ask for free food and drinks. I don't remember the name of that waiter but he serves reluctantly and the manager is supposed to be able to see the waiter's attention before he treats a customer badly. For example, I don't go there anymore.

I ordered the Veg Fajita without cheese or sour cream 5/5. Veg/Vegan friendly. This is authentic Mexican food. Free chips and salsa as you sit down. As a Hispanic American, I can tell the corn tortillas was fresh and handmade. Great prices, great portion, great service. Sat down with my friends to enjoy dinner, everything was good. A young man waiter came to us to get our drinks orders. He brought them to us asked if we were ready to order. We said yes. He walked away. A different waitress came up and said he didn’t want to wait our table so she took our order. We were flabbergasted and did not understand why he would not wait on us! Needless to say the lady who took over was so kind and we left her a $50 tip!!

First time here. Came with family. Service was a little slow but it was lunch time on Sunday afternoon, busy. Drink orders were taken. When they came out meal orders were taken. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time considering the crowd. Chips and salsa were good. Food came out hot and fresh. Each had a good quantity and food was great. Great dinning experience.

We have eaten here several times. Normally it's a good experience with good food. This time the food with still pretty good but the service was horrible. We came during an off dinner hour, about 4:15. Maybe 3 tables with customers. It took a long time for our order to be taken, we never got drink refills, the food also took a long time to arrive. However, what made me write this review in the first place was that they didn't have soap in their bathrooms. My husband went to one of the employees and told them that, and what was their response? "Oh there is some hand sanitizer on the table over there." So basically I guess the employees that handle your FOOD don't wash their hands, so unsanitary.

I ordered the Nachos Supreme this evening for a carry out. And my order was wrong and a complete mess! It was just thrown together with beans on top of beans, and very little meat if any at all. I will NOT order this item ever again! And for the future, I will make certain to check my order before leaving the restaurant!
