We went during a slow time. There were 2 other tables taken. Our server was nice and took our orders. It took forever to get our cold food. He never came back to our table so I got up to find someone to ask for a drink. About 6 employees were joking around in the back so I asked if they could get us some drinks. One guy said ok and then they all just laughed at me. I went and sat down, waited a few minutes, then got up again to ask the group of kids to get a manager. When I got back to our table our server came back and apologized for the "wait" and walked away. Did not even look at our drinks. When the manager came, I just asked her to refill our drinks. She was very nice and brought them back. Then our server came out to bring the check and apologize again and our meals had been comped and only had to pay for alcohol. This was much appreciated but not necessary. I enjoyed the taste of the food and ate most of it. The catfish was spicy so that's the only reason I really wanted something to drink.

Had to wait forever. There was no staff around. We were told that they were so slow yet we almost left after 10 minutes of waiting and seeing no one. Once we were seated, the young lady that waited on us was very nice and polite.

Waitress was not friendly. I ordered ribs, they was mostly fat and grizzly had to ask for bread, muffins. The baked beans was terrible. My husband got the pulled pork. It was terrible. It looked like some kinda chopped up beef. It was also fatty. For the money that I spent I was not satisfied with the meal. Nothing has changed. I haven't been there in awhile. I won't be going back there. There is so.. many places that sell ribs and shoulder.

I came with my parents and younger sisters, and we had a great time here. Our waitress, Chloe was a charming young woman! Even though she had made a few mistakes, she made up for it quickly and was very sweet. The food was delicious, I recommend the baby back ribs. Overall, I would recommend this location over everywhere else.

My husband and I went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon as soon as they opened. Our previous night for dinner at Puckett’s was beyond lack luster so we decided to get some good tasting food. The food was fresh and hot, despite the macaroni being disgusting (our server politely asked if we’d like to change to a different side) so we did and the baked beans were amazing. The customer service was a bit slower than expected but was fantastic. We were in and out just before rush came in. We’ll definitely be back (I grabbed my mother a gift card as well and she had a great visit the following week we went.
