So I ordered the new garlic shrimp stuffed shells now the shrimp is in the sauce not the shells very delicious also previously I ordered the spicy baked ziti with sausage I recommend you try them I will try other meals on the
Fazoli’s is a restaurant I often forget about. Today we decided to stop here and eat and the food was superb and delicious. I would choose here over expensive Italian restaurants. The staff was on top of things and way friendlier than any waiter or waitress I’ve had in a long time.

My family of 4 arrived at 8:05 on Thursday 12/21 but all the doors were locked. A person with a broom opened the door and said the lobby was closed so they could clean it (we were not going to stop them from cleaning while we were sitting there eating), but the drive thru was open. No sign anywhere except a sign with the hours of open till 10, not drive thru open till 10 - lobby closes at 8. I usually don’t reward bad behavior and I would take my business to somewhere that wants it, but my child loves Fazoli’s so I did get her a meal and one other person in our party ordered from there. We were asked to pull up and wait and they would bring the food out, when we got the food home it was cold (because we couldn’t eat it at the restaurant) and under seasoned. It was a very disappointing outing to Fazoli’s.
Getting off the highway after driving for hours see my favorite place... FAZOLIS... ecstatic about pulling up... 7:40p... No Chicken. It will be 40mins.. OK that's fine may I have extra broccoli and mushrooms to make up for not getting chicken and bacon... NO... SAY WHATTT IM PAYING FULL PRICE FOR HALF THE MEAL...THAT'S WILD.. may I have extra alfredo sauce.. small dipping cup reallyyyy... SMYRNA... REALLY.... A waste of a great restaurant... Half the meal... that's fine I'll pay halfThe price...

The baked spaghetti that I received was awful, I expected better. It was the worst I couldn't fix it. I should have checked it before I left the restaurant. I will never ever go to this location again.

horrible customer service!! Donna M is trashy and rude! When we walked in she was complaint to us about a customers crying baby. you don't say anything to customers about another customer. bar right from the get go and went down hill from there. she got mad because I asked for clean cups because I assume the girl to be her daughter had her nasty hands inside the cups when she went to hand them to me. from that point on rude and when order was ready she slung on counter and didn't notify us of it was ours. I assumed it was and said she should have told us it was our order ready as she proceeds to say "I don't have to tell you anything" and then walked off. she has a horrible attitude!!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Tables and soda island were clean. Food was delicious, as usual.
