I came through the drive-thru today (2/28/24) at around 4:45-5pm and the girl taking my order could not be bothered. She was rude and dismissive. I left in the middle of her taking my order.

I ordered the brisket chili the chili was almost soup consistency had no brisket had no spice it tasted like watered down chicken stock when we ordered we asked for lemon and lime and a drink and we were told that they didn't have any lemon or lime so that the drinks couldn't be given as requested the overall experience suck I definitely won't be back

The food is always on point! But my last visit I preordered lunch for me and my associates to be picked up at 1pm got there at 1:02 pm and hit the button I’m here, 17 mins later I called and said did you get the I’m here text and the hostess said sorry sir, that feature isn’t working you should ve called! So disappointed in that customer service! Will be a while before I go there again!

This was beyond a great experience. The food was wonderful, Justin at the window was extremely informative about how the food is prepared and the process that is taken to make different menu items. It was my first time here and when I mentioned that to Justin, he made sure to include a dessert of my choice at no cost. This will be my go-to BBQ spot in the Smyrna area from now on due to the initial service I received.
