Waitress was messing up the order. Then, when they gave me the wrong sauce on my food, and i realized it was the HOT sauce, he gone tell me they gone rinse it off and re-sauce it. That cross-contamination. Then I asked for Manger on duty, and he stated it wasn't anyone their for me to speak to. Horrible service experience.

Way to go Juicy Seafood!!!! I went to Jamaica in February, an island and the Lobster was terrible. Today I drove from Cornersville to Smyrna to try Juicy Seafood for the first time and wow was it the best damn Seafood ever. My crab was not stuck in the shell, the shrimp were big, the lobster was good. The seasoning was great. We are in a landlocked state and they should not even know how to cook seafood. The customer service was great. Very satisfied. Only thing is the graffiti is a bit much. Should not be all over the actual decor. Walls and decorations is too much. Otherwise fabulous place. Worth my drive and being stuck in traffic on I 65 for over an hour and 1/2.
Don’t order the catfish! It was so disgusting, I couldn’t eat it. The fish tasted as if it was spoiled.

Brooklyn made our entire experience worthwhile. Her bubbly personality and sweet assistance helped make Celebrating my mother's life a bit easier. The food was awesome. Fresh and hot. From the crab boulevard to fried oyster with a smidgen of cheesecake was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place. The place was clean. There's only one bathroom, but at the time we went, it worked out fine.

I often order from Juicy Seafood because growing up in the southeastern region of the US, it was always a part of our diet. I visit. I have tried almost everything on the menu, and I love the food. The customer service sometimes isn't always up to par. The manager (who is a middle-aged Caucasian lady) is nice and if they make a mistake, she does make it right, but if she is not there, you can pretty much forget about anyone else being accommodating. They could do with a little variety in the music department. I really get tired of listening to country music every time I visit. This is one reason I always get my food to go! All-in-all, this is not a bad place to eat. It is clean and the lighting is inviting.
