This location is constantly disappointing as they never get the order right. I decided to try and order my pizza for delivery however, never received the drinks I ordered. I tried calling the store 7 times with no answer. I ended up driving to the store after paying for someone to bring my food to see that there were 6 workers just standing around with no customers but unable to answer a phone. I did get my drinks but the girl at the counter acted as it did not matter. Will not be going back to this place. Absolutely horrible experience.

Business hours online says they close at 9pm. Walked up to the door at 8:45pm and employees inside just looked at me while I tried to go in and an employee standing outside tells me they are already closed. They should change their hours online so people do not waste their time and gas going there..

Wouldn't order the crazy puffs 1. They are undercooked the bread in the middle is raw 2. No sauce or pepperoni in the middle3. Just a cheese covered raw dough

Showed up to this location at 5:00 today. It was already busy inside and the manager told everyone there that he would not be taking orders for 15 minutes while they tried to catch up. I left to go pick up some other things while my wife placed our order online. I came back at 6:00, which was the time that the order was supposed to be ready. The manager was standing outside smoking a cigarette while his lobby had 17 customers and he only had two employees inside. While he was standing outside, a car pulled up and they chatted and seemed to be friends. A few minutes later, the manager went back inside and brought some pizzas out to the car. I was still waiting on my order.My order was not ready until 47 minutes after it was supposed to be. And the only reason that it was ready at all was because I ended up going inside and causing a scene. The manager told me to "deal with it", but thankfully there was a friendly employee inside who took care of me.

I ordered at 6:00 ish and I got my food at 7:58 pm. My cheese pizza looked disgusting and burned, my pepperoni was ok, but they were both cold!!! I tried to call and ask why is my pizza so burned and cold, they didn’t answer twice!! The pizza was for kids and they didn’t even want to eat it!!

The wings where alittle too spicy I love chicken wings but mild, when I made my order I specifically asked for all wings no legs I got a mix of both that it was ok but getting wings I'd Ruther get them from a place that specializes n wings, backed up on the inside and one of the employees was getting repainted where they could be seen from the counter by customers the employee was sitting on the floor

The new manager has really turned things around. Clean and friendly. Unlike the one in Lavergne, come here if you have had bad service at other locations.

Ordered several pizzas from this location for a surprise birthday party to be delivered to the party location. By the time the birthday girl arrived, the food still wasn't there even though I had double checked the day of to make sure they were going to be delivered an hour before the party even started. Called the little Ceasars customer support and talked to a delivery man for him to tell me my order had been CANCELED without me even being notified about it. He then assured me that I'd be receiving a 100% refund for the misunderstanding. That was September 24th and I still haven't received my refund. Even after calling them 5 to 6 different times about the issue and them giving me to run arounds saying its gonna be "7 to 10 business days" which was 3 wks ago. Over a month later and STILL NO REFUND!?! At this point I'm just highly agitated and IF I ever do get my refund, I can assure you that this girl will more than likely never be ordering from Little Ceasars ever again! Not only are they gonna cancel my order for a surprise birthday party and not ever deliver the food promised, but their gonna steal my money too?! Ridiculous...
