The food was great, and the staff was even better! However, the aftermath of eating the food was not pleasant, as it felt like I took a laxative. I've heard similar issues from others on social media. Despite this, I have no other complaints.

My daughter and I went for dinner and it was absolutely amazing. I haven’t enjoyed food and service this much in a long time. The cook, the bar tender, management, and especially our waitress(Zen?)were all wonderful. We were so happy we chose Longhorn Smyrna!!! Thank you to everyone!!!

Ordered online to go. Food was delivered to the car exactly on time, order was accurate, delicious, and hot even with the drive home. Longhorn in Smyrna has never disappointed me when dining in and the orders to go match the great value of dine in.

Someone told me it is the McDonald's of steakhouses. Food is ok, prices are good.
Leaving out of Long Horn after sitting at the bar for about 15 minutes! I didn’t even try the food, because I couldn’t get pass the poor customer service. I sit at the bar to order out. I didn’t get acknowledged or given a menu until I asked for one. There were only two other people sitting at the bar who were already served. I finally was given a menu and the young lady never came back to take my order until I got her attention to let her know I was ready to order. She never came up to me to take my order so I’m having to talk loud to tell her my order, but when it was time to get my payment to pay she comes up to me. However, when my white counterpart comes in she was immediately greeted, she was immediately serviced, and immediately acknowledged. This experience was very disconcerting, because I’ve never been treated like this at any restaurant and I was surprised to have been treated like this at Long Horn!

I worked fast food and fast-casual dining during my formative years, so I have more patience and empathy than most. The last two times I have ordered chicken tenders to-go, I have been given no honey mustard, or any sauce for that matter. If I'm paying the same price as dine-in patrons, I want everything that comes along with my meal, without having to request it, remind anyone, or be disappointed when I get back home. Additionally, there was no butter provided for the bread. If I'm being charged the same price, please provide the same accoutrements.
