I came Sunday night after a little bit of a long shift, and I was hungry as a normal person would be after a shift and not eating anything all day. I put in a curbside order assuming oh, it won’t be that long because it usually comes out in about 2 to 5 minutes. Not only was I wrong by a longshot. It took about 35 minutes for me to even get my food. And the only reason I got my food was because I went in and it was sitting on the counter alone, and the receipt says curbside on it, so they should know where it goes. I ordered two plain cheeseburgers, and a small fry. Their plain button is supposed to make sure that everything is taken off except the cheese, the meat and the bun and that is what I expected. It had everything on it. No, I’m a very picky eater so naturally, I’m not gonna want to eat something but I just don’t like. All my food was cold and when I went in to ask about it, it took them ages to come and take care of me when some of them were just standing around talking. It felt like they were avoiding me. All this to say I’m most likely not coming back to this location. At least not on a Sunday night.

Food and customer service was absolutely horrible. I'm glad I could sit there and listen to the employees tell each other about their personal lives! Dinning room absolutely disgusting.

Very nice for now. Hope they can keep it this way. Did forget both orders of fries,but all was good otherwise.
3 star for value. Dined in (everyone else was in drivethrough), we ordered via self kiosk just fine. Got served warm fries, and typical big Mac and small burger and small drinks. Use to be a decent value at lower price point, but at this price point ($20) you kinda just got to laugh from a value perspective.

Went very late, so I was a little apprehensive. However the gentleman at the window was so pleasant and upbeat despite being there on a holiday. Food was decent. However the 2 McDonald's I ordered looked like hamburgers and the patties looked very old and shriveled. I threw them away. Everything else was delicious.

Went there at 8pm there were teenage guys that was not workin running all over the lobby hanging out at the counter going back in the kitchen talking and playing around with employees. I ordered 2 ten piece nugget meals drove to lavergne and discovered one of the 10 piece nuggets was missing so drove back was complaining to the manager who wasn't much more than a teenager herself telling her how all the teenagers running around is probably why my order got messed up and now I have to drive all the way back to lavergne. She was taking going to take care of everything then her mom who was hanging out in the lobby jumped in and actually tried to choke me. Police was called charges will be filed law suit coming. Do not go there at nightnits not safe and total chaos

We had 2 app orders in one car. However, they put our orders together somehow. We got to first pay window, there was 5 crew there. They split the order, but he ended up with 10pc meal , he ordered quarter w/cheese only mayo. Fries was on point! So, did not realize until old Nashville Hwy! The runner lady did not believe us. But the lady working drive through took care of the mix up.
