Love Papa Murphy's and think they make a good product and usually have excellent service... I was out of town, in fact out of state and this one had the worst service and the worst product by far of any Papa Murphy's I've ever experienced!!!

This place is a joke - but since it’s the only pizza that our picky eater child will eat we are forced to continue to come here.Never once, not a single time, out of the dozens of orders I have placed here has my order ever been ready on time. Not once. If the app tells you your order will be ready in 30 minutes, and you show up 90 minutes later and your order still isn’t ready, that’s a problem.Employees are lazy and not caring about their jobs or customer service. They were literally just standing around and leaning on counters when I walked in to pick up my order that was placed almost 60 minutes ago.

Pizza is delicious, but every time I order the Mediterranean herb chicken pizza, I'm charged a different price for the family size pizza.

First off it's not $10 Tuesday (even though the big sign on the window still says $10) the new price that they don't tell you is $10.99. OMG eating the pizza I bought from Papa Murphy's was the worst experience I've ever had with pizza. It gave me food poisoning because barely an hour after I ate the pizza I was rushing to the bathroom and it was coming out of both ends at the same time. I've never felt so bad. I've tried calling the Smyrna store I got the pizza from and no one will answer. I've called 6 times and I get nothing. I guess I have to go out of my way and take the pizza and the video of me puking?? and shitting?? at the same time to the store, show the manager to get my money back. ?? Vegetarian options: Supposed to be fresh veggies, but the veggies I got gave me food poisoning

11/29/2022 On a Tuesday special for $10 this papa Murphy is closed at 4:20 pm. They turned us away cause we didn't have a existing order. There was no customer in store, nor would they let us place an order. The lady there very rude.very disappointed! I wouldn't advise anyone coming to sam ridley for a Papa Murphy's pizza again. We didn't get nothing but a bad taste in our mouth cause we couldn't get anything to eat!!!!!

The ordering and delivery were fine however I had ordered the Friday specials, one cheese and one sausage. I received cheese and pepperoni. Disappointing that such a simple order and it is not correct!

Pre-order my pizza 2 1/2 hours a head of my requested pick-up time. Arrived to find my order incomplete. I asked about the Cinnamon Wheel i ordered and was told they were out and because the phones didn't work they couldn't tell me. In replace of it they offered a 2 liter of soda, i told her we don't drink soda, then all of a sudden like magic there was Cinnamon Wheels available. ?♂️
Waste of money for Smyrna, TN and it's usually really good. Ordered at 4:36, went in at 5:30. Pizza wasn't done, girl gave me an attitude. I ordered bread sticks and a salad. They didn't have either. So, I got a 40 dollar pizza which I'm positive I will not get a refund for my bread sticks and salad. So disappointed!

How is it this is a pizza place yet for the 3rd week in a row we have been unable to get pizza as we are told they are out of dough. I absolutely love pizza and was hooked after day 1 of trying them. I have eaten from there at least once a week. Never had any issues until now all of a sudden there is NEVER any dough and its not even close to closing time i usually go 2:30-3:00. I'll just start going to Marcos. They always have dough.

Went there last week...out of toppings for the Papa Favorite. When I asked if the price would be reduced cause of reduced toppings, she looked at me like I was nuts. Then today, I walked in to order and was told they only accepted credit cards. Listen people, not everyone has a credit card and prefer to pay with cash. In the country, cash is "legal tender for all debts private and public"...words that are written on the paper bills themselves. And when you purposely block/lock on side of the only exit door, this creates a fire hazard, which I am sure the Smyrna City FD will want to know. At one time, this location was first rate...not any more.
