Sandwich was good, but the fries were cold when we got home. After we put it in the air fryer, the fries were good. They were understaffed, there were only 2 people working there when I came in the restaurant on Wednesday March 13th!

Green potatoes are not good for you! All my fries were green and cold. The grilled subs were overcooked and the cheese was hard. Food is way over-priced for the quality you get. Do not eat this.

I was obsessed with Penn Station when I lived in St. Louis. Unfortunately, I moved to Las Vegas. I hadn't had them for years. The two young ladies were friendly, it was clean, and the food was fresh.
My sister and I stopped in for a quick meal a few weeks ago. We were served by the manager who was by himself at the time. He was quick, very attentive, and prepared everything perfectly. Our club sandwiches tasted delicious and our fries weren't burned. Thanks again for the great meal!

If you order through door dash be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes just for them to MAKE A SANDWICH. Felt bad for my dasher because how long they had to wait. Do better. Before I hear anything about being busy, if that’s even the case, I’m a customer also even though I’m not in person. Doubt anyone in store had to wait that long.

This Penn Station sucks! You Always gt teenagers OR High-school kids who DON’T know how to fx a Simple cheese steak! The sandwich is Always “dry” even tho you ask for mayo!?This “Sam Ridley” crew needs training from the Hermitage crew! Hermitage crew Never Dissapoints!??♀️

Went in tonight on a whim, asked the wonderful lady working the counter what she always gets and it was recommended to get the classic Italian off the grill. Amazing sandwich and the best bread I have had in a long time. Could not have recommended a better sandwich. I'll definitely becoming back again.

I absolutely love Penn Station and come in about once a week. However, I am extremely disappointed in the size and customer service. It seemed like the workers didn't want to be there and already closed up for the night. I get the same sandwich every time: A regular cheesesteak. This is the smallest sub I have ever received, can fit in the palm of my hand. I was not charged for a kid size. Hopefully next time yall will get it right!

Got BLT and had 2 strips of bacon on it . Thought was a rip off. Fries were greasy and overcooked. Restaurant was very dirty. People were very friendly.
