I occasionally come here when I get one particular coupon in the mail. They're always super friendly and fast. I did not rate atmosphere because I always use the drive-thru. I could eat a bucket of their red beans and rice. Also I always get the spicy chicken recipe. So delicious!!! I will be be back!

Arrived at this location a few moments before closing time ordered a flounder combo and a surf and turf combo. The cashier did not get my drink, but brought me a sweet tea. That has a peculiar taste... It was not surf and turf , I receive tenders and fries, disappointed disgusted Now when I go to other restaurants, the waitress cashiers are addressing me sweetpea and other degraded names on locations very disturbing.
There are 4 things that will always be true at this location: you will wait a long time to order, they will be out of chicken, the customer service will be terrible and there will be something wrong with your order. It never fails. Horrible.

The GM over there at the Smyrna Popeyes is BEYOND rude. He is disrespectful and unkind to his employees. For a moment i thought that Popeyes was turning around for the better. then the new GM malcom came along and ruined it. this place is one of the worst. i don’t recommend coming here at all!
