After having horrible experiences at the nearby McDonald’s and Arby’s I had to post this because of the actual customer service we received here. They were efficient professional and delivered great service. Adessa did a great job!!!!!

Pulled into booth and was told drive-thru only. Was okay with that. Then I was only the second car in line and proceeded to wait 10-15 minutes for our two large root beer floats. Still, no big deal. However, after paying $10.95 for the two floats I got home and me and my wife found out that the floats tasted horrible. Absolute waste of money. Rootbeer tastes flat like there is no carbonation whatsoever. I’m extremely unhappy and feel like the workers were more worried about going home and doing the least amount of work before closing instead of anything to do with customer satisfaction. I expect a replacement for my drinks that I spent $10.95 on and an apology for the horrificly bad experience. Absolute waste of money;Might as well go next door to McDonald’s and save your money.
