Sonic is not like it used to be. But, then again, is any fast food place good anymore? Food is overcooked, over salted, and has no flavor. COVID did a number on all the restaurants, and now inflation has got us in its sights.

Ordered two hamburgers, a 5 piece chicken tender, onion rings and a small strawberry shake. One hamburger was only the bun wrapped up with no burger in it. The tenders were burned and so thin they could have almost passed as chicken jerky but not ones I would buy again. The strawberry shake cup was over filled so that it was above the edge of the cup and up into the lid area so when it was handed to my husband, it dripped in his lap and then on to the seat of the car, down into the cup holder and everywhere in between. Won’t go back again!! Trying to find the customer service number to report it!! This was the Sonic on Almaville Road in Smyrna.

I’m sitting here in the drive-through and nobody is taking my order! I pulled up to the window and people are working but they refused to come to the window.

This is without a doubt the worst sonic around. I stop here several times a week and the order is always wrong , the service is extremely lacking, and the employees are rude. Must come from upper management!

We ordered ice cream and I'm pretty sure it sat around for a while cause it was melted when it got to us. They did offer to remake it but I'm sure she saw it when she picked it up to serve us with it. I'll take the loss and try again some other time. Then she rolls out with a cone to take somewhere else not melted at all
