I feel very sad about having witnessed such a poor customer service experience for another customer. Apparently there was a confusion in the order and the employee (or owner, I don’t know) blamed the customer for the issue. The way he treated her was awful that it made me feel so uncomfortable, even though it wasn’t me the one that was arguing with the man. I wish I had recorded the incident to add it to this review. Anyway, I at least can write this review because it really ruined my meal.He told the customer: “Don’t come to my store if you don’t know how to order”. He insisted to the customer that she should pay for something she didn’t want. It is sad to see that he was not willing to lose a sandwich and preferred to lose a customer, well, he has lost more than one, because I am not planning on coming back to that Subway location and risk to be treated that way.By the way, the service was not good. My sandwich was not prepared the way it was supposed to, but I did not care much about it. Also, they were rushing us to order, not very pleasant, but I could pass on that, it was not a big deal for me. However, to be screamed at and treated like he did to the other customer, no thank you, so I am not coming back.
